That’s my situation. I built my house 25 years ago and the increase in value has been substantial. I built my office 40 years ago and I intend on making a profit of 10 X within the next few months… I will never sell the house because I designed it for what I wanted, and I don’t see me finding that elsewhere. Besides, I can’t think of too many places in the country with the weathers any nicer. I don’t believe I would miss the snakes and the mosquitoes, they were talking about making the mosquito the state bird

Back from what seems to have taken forever......VICTORY. Wooeley's had exactly what we wanted. The quest is over. They have to custom make it so it will be about a month before delivery.

right, everyone has to live somewhere and if she sold where would she go?
its a nice house in a nice neighborhood where she is happy and comfortable, so why move?
there are tons of homes for sale for first time buyers, but again a lot of it comes down to location and how you want to live
