Prolly cause you’ve been working too hard climbing like a monkey in those big assed trees in your yard hanging giant plants with a 500 lb chain then hauling a new pig to your place and gawd knows what else.
I agree -- @Boo is doing too fargin much. Simple as that.

How can I be so bloody certain? Because RedWitch gets on my case when I fall apart for about two whole days due to playing working like I was 25 years old.

She knows... and points out my sins perzackly.

Lessee: Fence, monster plant, oinks, lxdynekaien and so on. Yup. We both have a fargin blind spot about the concept of "overdo".

Boo -- Yer body-engine has 225,000 miles on it. The crankshaft is wobbly. The oil level is nearly zerio. The spark plugs are fouled. The carbonator is stuck in "rich".

And you are using that body-engine to haul a load of bricks... uphill, while towing a car.

I know exactly how you feel: A tad like, "Why the hell did I do that?"

Unca is prolly out picking them up for a stew. We will hear about it in the morning…
Well, as I type this... it is 74F outside. Too cold to have the window open. (We stay at 77F)

I was just checking out recipes. I think I would try it if it were bbq’d. 🤪 Some of them are loaded with eggs. I’ll bet Walt is having some scrambled for breakfast.

I can recommend you DON'T try it. Lemme 'splain... First, my bona fides:

I love gator. I go for seconds on fried cooter (soft-shell turtle). Rattlesnake is OK, but bony as a bitch. The best breakfast you'll ever have is frog's legs and eggs. Trust me.

Since there are iguanas available within 500 feet of where I am sitting typing this... I decided to try one.

First off, the loosey-goosey skin is like leather. Picture trying to skin a deflated football. You need a boxcutter. TINS. So I popped one with my crossbow. Took the backstrap.

Cooked it up like any of the above creatchy-poos mentioned above. Bit into it.

BLEEAAHHHH!!

Wasn't gamey. It was just awful. There are two things I have tried to eat but failed. The other was sea cucumber (essentially a large dog dump). So I ain't fussy. I LOVE both haggis and blood sausage. LATE EDIT ADD: And fruitcake. I love fruitcake.

I wouldnt be going anyway near something that resembled a hippos appendage.

Haggis on the other hand is amazing and such a unique animal.

Venison stew today. It's -5C

I once stayed up all night recording the sound of the wind moving through a row of Poplar trees.

After a few hours i started hearing and seeing soldiers marching.

When i turned on my headlight there was a young stag 3 foot away from me.

For a few seconds I thought of going for a ride 🤠

Just thought of sumpin that might help... if the gadget is still made. Back in the Olden Days a half-century ago, I lived in a trailer on a mountaintop where it got horribly cold. Outside parking only for the yukky car(s) I was driving. (Junker cars -- cheapest mode of transport, but they all had drawbacks regarding cold starting).

I had a gadget that was permanently mounted near the radiator. It was NOT a heated dipstick that puts 1000 miles a night on your oil, but a water heater for the radiator. It circulated hot water through the radiator all night until you just unplugged it in the moanin.

I just looked around... this may be it -- almost certainly improved over the last 50 years:

Still dark, but 73F... It'll warm up when the sun gets up.

A clear morning starting at 18F with afternoon snow and 30 mph winds.

Hee, hee, hee, the Anderson furnace repairman arrived mid morning and found the problem to be the condensate pump interlock, so life is good again. No $150 to show up, plus $200/hr for repairs, followed by an exorbitant fraudulent billing like Area Heating and Cooling did. I'm calling them a keeper.

It was good that I signed a service contract with them last week, because they were slammed with service calls due to the blizzard and we got priority attention.

Mostly indoor sports yesterday, with lots of quality time spent on documenting history for the Patent Wars effort.
