Got back to marching around today - (walking fast) - up the river to the gym - and had a lovely power shower - shave - and scrub-up - then ventured into the heated swimming pool - where I stretched in the kids pool - which was completely empty - except moi - then spent a good hour swimming and doing hydrotherapy (aqua exercises) - to get all my muscle groups worked and pumping blood around this old boy - and was rewarded with a calm and happy disposition - post gym - as I toodled off towards Sainsbury's supermarket - for a few items - then marched home - feel'in clean 😀 - and worked out - sunny day here - but a bit nippy -
Gypsy have you ever come across "the London stone"? It's supposed to date to way before Aethelred et al and Wessex, like Roman times.

Good morning everyone and happy Thanksgiving. I find so much to be thankful for as I bounce around in the kitchen getting things ready for my MIL to join us. Turkey is in the oven and Mr. sub is picking her up while I cook and we will both take her back since there is just the three of us again this year. We did just a couple days ago get together and I got to cook for and see and hug all our kids and grandkids. Three of them are over my head now even the 12 year old is 8” taller than me and I’m 5’6”.

I hope y’all have a sweet Thanksgiving and get a day of fellowship with friends and family with no drama this year. Don’t eat too much, you can always go back for more later and remember to save room for pie 🥰✌️

Morning OFC …..Hope everyone isoff to a flying start…. We are having a Holiday feast here today. Kevin the cat wants to snuggle….as soon as he gets his fill I will be moving fast to get things ready.

I cook the Turkey on the webber outside….15f outside currently….that should be fun.

Right now I should run downstairs and check on things …might be chilly down there.

Morning folks! Lovely day out but the wind is starting to pick up. K is going to uber for the church in a bit. I'll use that time to wrap some presents and pack up some beans. Plenty more on the list, we'll see how much I get done. I've got some left-over biscuits and breakfast meat i should heat up.

peace

I live in a town where 7 Saxon King's were coronated - (Kingston-Upon-Thames) - and used to see this 'Coronation Stone' - down nearby the copshop - history buffs would know all the names of the blokes who became King's there I 'spose? -

- can't say I've ever heard of this London Stone - a point of humour might be that I have very often been Stoned in London - as indeed I am at this moment -
