Here's one that will make your heart swell with happy -- A house totally engulfed in flames, and a 25-year old pizza delivery guy runs in and rescues four children sleeping. The last kid said they thought there was another kid visiting.

The guy runs back in and saves the little six-year old girl.

Good morning brother and sisters!

Cloudy here starting at 39F and predicted to fall to 21F, with snow tomorrow.

Hee, hee, hee, the medial branch blocks using Lidocaine worked, so they will do it again the 17th to make the insurance company happy, and then follow through with RFA to kill the affected medial branch nerves. The exciting news is that it works!!!!

Alas, I sneezed several times Wednesday and pulled a muscle in my upper back. It is a breath taking shrieker , versus a groaner like my lower back pains, so wasn't pain free and couldn't take anything for it until after my branch blocks. I took 800mg Ibuprofen last night and when I woke up this morning the pain was back in my lower back, but the pulled muscle pain was mostly gone.

As I accelerate in my galaxy this morning whilst during a constitutional, I thought of Lord of the Rings and Metamucil.
Before Metamucil it was like Gandalf fighting the Balrog.
