Oh yeah, I like one or two burgers a month, buy ground chuck for making burgers. A bit more expensive but so much tastier.

We usually have oven fries to cut back on the fat content.

Will be going for blood work soon will, find out if I need to modify my diet.

What's a bit funny is the village I live near has had restaurant after restaurant go out of business. The longest running restaurant is Thai.

Yeah - I think that Thai food as a take away - and when home cooked has become even more popular than Indian food in the UK - in recent years - it is generally the healthiest option - and people are much more health concious these days - so Thai food gets popular - till there is a Thai Restaurant in every city/town and village -

A good burger is something to enjoy - in moderation - last night was a burger night - first one in two weeks - mostly I'm eating Asian food - lots of veggies/fruits and curries - and often fish too - but an occasional burger has a place in my diet - every week or two -

We just had the cox cable folks here for 2 hours. They did check the “numbers” and said that we needed a new box. We just got a new box about 6 mos ago. The pole looks like crap with tons of extra wire hanging about. They have worked on the pole too. Good luck Pute. Lots of ways to fit in with this world, some like to be "somebody", others could give a crap what people think and try to enjoy themselves without too much polish or stress. I'll take a good day out on the water/bush and a hero sandwich every time. Plus a good smoking buddy.

The last town I lived in for almost 30 years, I knew a family of 3 brothers. More than once I seen the two brothers try to dot their other brothers eye. Too bad for them he kicked their asses every time. Yet, they were close.
