DEI and equity philosophy are extremely dangerous to our society and should be treated as such as should those who espouse it.

Personally I have nothing against a Diverse, Equitable or Inclusive workforce but what I admire most is a competent workforce.

Not bad. Took the summer off. Still have enough bud, hash, rosin and kief for Cox's army, but the shark must go forward! Cleaning up mess from last grow. The "male/breed/seed" tent is covered in pollen, going to be a hard clean. Clearing out piles of dead fans, time to burn some logs and toss a few grocery bags of trash leaves on top
