4 dead and over 200 hurt people till now... The Killer is a 50 year old psychiatrist from Saudi Arabia and a Critic of Islam... makes no sense, very strange.

I first saw this on BBC world news yesterday.
This type of thing always makes me angry as well as sad. The people who carry out such attacks, be it with a gun or a vehicle, don´t even care who they kill or injure. Including children. At a christmas market one must assume that there will be also children present .
My condolences to all those who are affected.
They´re just saying that the man was a Saudi doctor who has been living in Germany for about 18 years. They´re trying trying to find out his motivation behind this and are taking a good look at his social media stuff too.
I think these christmas market are a wonderful idea and tradition and I hope that they will be made safer in the future.

no it doesn´t make much sense does it? It´s all very strange . I even heard the AFD party mentioned in the news coverage. We will just have to wait and see what the police find out.

sounds awfully like paranoid schizophrenia, he thought everybody was out to get him and he acted on his delusions... DerSpiegel says he had a courtdate yesterday... that might have been the thing that put him over the edge...
