I think your asking..if the plant did throw pollen sacks and self pollinated, would that produce fem seeds?

If so... I have always been under the impression that the results are +-50/50 female/hermaphroditic. I find alot of conflicted "opinions" out there on that subject, and am ignorant myself.

If not... can you please explain the question a little.
Yes. And lots of opinions. feminized seed carry risk of herming. just try them.

I'd eat a breakfast that knock socks off, brunch, then early lunch. Its workable.
I usually fast between bedtime and about 2:00 pm the next day. I eat a light lunch and a square meal at suppertime. Then I snack on stuff till bedtime. I know this isn’t the best diet especially the snacking part but it’s what I do. I’m still ok as far as the chart weight/height/age tho so my doc has left it alone and only hell hounds me about other things now…

Took the boy 👦 to his first Brazilian Ju-jitsu class - it was a freebie - just to see if he took to grappling around on the floor - and was like a duck to water - he loved it - so will be signing him up for a full course - and will have to buy a Ju-jitsu gee (oufit) - it's his Christmas present - and a good one I reckon - already he's a junior Taekwundo black belt - and a good boxer - so getting him to do (and hopefully excell) in a wrestling/grappling martial art - should help to make him better at self defense - when it might go to the floor - more rounded -

Then we hit the gym for a good workout and clean up - even took my daughter along - and now all basking in that feeling of well being you get - after training hard - rewarded with endorphins -

I'd say it's time for a cuppa tea - and some of that cheesy pie we made yesterday - and a fat spliff on the balcony (of course) -

Thanks man - if you get behind the kids development - and show interest - and explain that they are now building the foundations of a body that could last them another 80 years or more - eventually they get onboard and understand that it takes lots of hard physical work - good nutrition - and plenty of sleep - to do this - making them stronger as they grow physically/mentally is my job as a Dad - and gives me greater confidence in them - knowing that they have been trained well - and so can defend themselves - if needs be - so less worry 😟

A friend of mine trains in Taekwondo and Jujitsu. He has always been a good boxer. Great way to be prepared for situations where you have to defend yourself. I use to take karate when I was younger just up to yellow belt, and I learned a lot. Just training to have discipline is a good benefit.

Haven't been to the weight room lately, but I work hard enough all year making money and growing herb, I need a bit of a rest. I did some good reps yesterday moving firewood for my friend who does martial arts. He's an elder veteran and is recovering from surgery so he hasn't been able to move wood. Working firewood will do the trick, but watch out not to smash your toe! :smoke:

Playing in our first snow today, got about 2 inches! Weather pattern is setting in this week!

Today is our off day but no cheating on the eating so is it really a off day?
😝
Our kids were raised lifting and on the mats.
The youngest son is a physical monster but fortunately a really nice young man.
They both work hard and do well so we consider them successfully raised.
