I go to my buddies gym twice a week plus I have my own nautilus machine in my grow room so I stay as flexible as possible...after all the damage I've done to my body it's really hard to get moving in the morning but after a good workout I feel so much better...the hardest part for me is getting moving...the first 2 hours of my morning are brutal...

I went ahead and up-potted the one Bruce Banner that showed sex the other day. Gonna try what Buzzmobile suggested and take a couple of plants and flip them into flower for a couple of days and then back into veg. They are in 3 gal pots. I don't want to up pot them into 5 gal....soil is to expensive to have a male in a 5 gal.... I like for them to show before going to a five.

Off to the grow store.

I have arthritis in my wrists so bad I can't do pushups. But I will take another toke.
Ya - I've got a bit of arthritis in my wrists too - and working that area eventually seems to help relieve it - probably due to increase of blood supply -
- no need to do full push-ups to start - just find a strong wall and push against it - using and varying your own body weight - by angling your body against the wall 🧱 - do 3 sets of 8-15 reps - if you can do 15 reps then add more bodyweight by creating a greater angle between yourself and the wall for the next set -

Theoretically it should work. 90% of the time by the time I am ready to flip they show sex. I am just pushing it a bit. It's hard to rush mother nature.

Yes, but it will slow down your grow as a whole. There's a delay in growth when transitioning back to veg. You can expect a weeks delay on average, but sometimes up to a month depending on how sensitive your cultivar is.

One more consideration is the added stress and the plant throwing pollen sacks as a result.

By no means am I trying to convey it's a bad practice and have found it to be a valuable tool in the past when space was valuable. Just wanted to throw out there it does come with some risk, especially with the more finicky cultivars.

Right wrist is so bad can't throw a ball can't pull back a bow anymore.
Long time ago a drill took my wrist for a spin.
When housing market took a dump after 25 years like this went in to have it repaired.
They took the radial off, bone spurs, some cyst guarding the joint and took out the tendon that was severely damaged.
Said I was gonna be pain free for at least 3 years didn't last a month.
They would like to fuse it all together now but don't know if I'm into that shit.

Thanks Boss. I will try it. My work out consists of a 3 mile walk as often as the weather allows and light weights with more reps. If I add to much weight I end up hurting myself....I am such a light weight now days.
