Does that really help them show sex earlier. I still have 4 plants not showing. Driving me crazy it’s taking long…I went ahead and up-potted the one Bruce Banner that showed sex the other day. Gonna try what Buzzmobile suggested and take a couple of plants and flip them into flower for a couple of days and then back into veg. They are in 3 gal pots. I don't want to up pot them into 5 gal....soil is to expensive to have a male in a 5 gal.... I like for them to show before going to a five.

Ya - I've got a bit of arthritis in my wrists too - and working that area eventually seems to help relieve it - probably due to increase of blood supply -I have arthritis in my wrists so bad I can't do pushups. But I will take another toke.

Yes, but it will slow down your grow as a whole. There's a delay in growth when transitioning back to veg. By no means am I trying to convey it's a bad practice and have found it to be a valuable tool in the past when space was valuable. Just wanted to throw out there it does come with some risk, especially with the more finicky cultivars.

- no need to do full push-ups to start - just find a strong wall and push against it - using and varying your own body weight - by angling your body against the wall - do 3 sets of 8-15 reps - if you can do 15 reps then add more bodyweight by creating a greater angle between yourself and the wall for the next set -
Thanks Boss. I will try it. My work out consists of a 3 mile walk as often as the weather allows and light weights with more reps.
