I had a sensei who began to grow a year younger after age 50. I met him at about age 46 and he could have easily passed for a 46 year old.

Soooo, I am now 79, having had my 80th birthday 9-9 2023. Let's see if it will work for me.

I remember meeting the Kung Fu studio owner(Olaf Simon) in the village I lived for about 30 years. I recall shaking hands with him and thought if he decides to squeeze my hand the bones are going to be in a hundred pieces. Fortunately for me he didn't squeeze hard, just a firm handshake.

Olaf did not age well and his life ended in sickness.
