Work in the grow is done......for the day anyway. I have a CD expiring. Gotta go to the bank and roll it over. I will take the gains and roll it into checking. Getting 5% on a 180 day. That won't last long as interest rates are dropping.

When they do I am looking at tax free municipal bonds. Not today though. I also got a 3 1/2 % raise on Social Security.....wow I am feeling like a high roller again.....bwahaha.

I got the same letter you guys did yesterday regarding my Social Security and disability benefits. I never applied for disability, but my surgeon for the cancer pushed it through for me and I’m quite amazed at the amount of money I’m banking because of that… I have yet to touch any of my retirement vehicles, but I am under the impression that when I hit 72 next year, I’m going to be forced to take distributions. The fuckers just want to tax the daylights out of me…

Might be less now than they will take later! Talk to someone knowledgeable about those distributions. I'm not quite old enough to worry about it right now, so I wasn't listening real close to that part. I remember it was something not to screw up. I need to start boning up on that stuff.

That looks nice and if it came from the same cut as mine, I was super happy with the buzz although my yield was less than 2 oz in my bad tent. Would like another opportunity to grow this one on better condition. That bud it trimmed way better than mine too but I did have that nice white on mine too. Did you get a better yield this time than last? Didn’t you do something different? Mine was like a chain vine…
I did everything to prevent excessive height. I took four healthy clones in one tent. I topped them and put them into flower. They were only 18 to 20 inches when lights flipped I also used 3 gallon pots. This was promix and nutes. Those plants were a pain in the rump, very needy. But, I had just over 3 oz from three, just over 4 on the biggest. They topped out at 40 inches and a little less.

The plants I subsequently grew were much taller and yielded far less. And it was larfy. Those weights above are no pop corn, but includes what I call smalls....marble size items that are hard. All larf and popcorn, as well as the tall larfy plants, I hung dry to bone for dry ice kief.

Gone......went fast. Good stuff. Natives here loved it. Only problem is I have to start over. Didn't take cuts and only got one female. So, I have to grow out the Lemon Betty x Triangle Kush and the Gold Digger x Triangle Kush first. Will definitely take cuts on those two. How about a name for them......? Golden Triangle? Betty K? You are the breeder.....Name please......
My lemon Betty x triangle kush are in the paper towels.

Yes they do. I usually take about $2000 each year from my Etrade IRA account.

Am holding about 24 stocks in my Etrade "play" account. Got until tomorrow to complete my purge of the <cough>.....dogs in that account. Some of my better players are security stocks like CRWD and PANW.

(Widowed) girl friend is a multi millionaire who until meeting me had most in cash just losing value due to our current high inflation environment. I'm going WTF? She has NO tolerance for risk so I got her into quite a few CD's and treasury bills paying around 5.6%. Yields have been dropping and will continue. I've been buying quite a few high yielding dividend stocks, talking 8+% dividends paid out monthly or quarterly like OHI.

As of today........

There's a shit load of money that's sitting idle in bonds and such, cash. Got to go somewhere. I think the stock market will rally from the billions on the side coming to play.

Got more little faves ready to go from their germ pots into 2 gal. pots. Will deal with it tomorrow.

@BubbasPlace, recommend conventional pots painted with MicroKote. You can use smaller pots because you're creating a highly efficient, fibrous root system. Won't make the plants smaller. It's the only way I grow many plants and trees now. Here's an example. https://overgrow.com/t/how-can-i-use-spin-out-for-chemical-root-pruning/258

I bust down long internodes with Paclo. And yes because the % is extremely small it's perfectly safe as long as you follow instructions. Indians use it on their mango orchards and Aussies use in their avocado fields. Why the USDA hasn't authorized it for use in the States for consumables is anyone's guess.

Good luck to all,
Uncle Ben

I crushed on Miss Johnson when I was in 6th grade. She taught kindergarten. Drove a Jaguar XKE. Her red dress was above her knees...unheard of. Long blonde hair. Beautiful.

I left a love note on her antenna. She never did call me. Been in therapy since.
My heart got broke when I read this.
You're not alone Brother. I as well as everyone here is with you....
