Not foolproof but it helps. Mist a little water at the seed husk interior. I have also been told that a drop of fresh aloe on a helmet head is all it takes.
Thanks.
I found a site where they had problems with pepper seedlings and they used saliva and toothpicks. Something about the enzymes in the saliva I think. I lubed the husks up pretty good with some spit and let them set for about a half hour and gently used 2 toothpicks to wedge the husk open and they fell right off. Now we will see if my morning breath spit digests the cotelydons I guess…

I grew up on the Gulf Coast, and we never really got huge waves - dangerous waves, for sure, but more choppy than wavy. I've stood on the North Shore of Oahu and watched 35-40 footers roll in, one after another. You can feel the ground being pounded by those big waves. Immense power.
growing up i used to go to galveston and freeport and watch people try to surf.

If you are interested I can PM you a link to one of my tutorial threads from another forum I visit. It did a step by step with pictures.
Thanks! I would never do one, but am curious.
I watched the " Perfect Storm " twice and it was good enuff for me😊☝️
I weathered a summer storm on a 400' well tender in the Gulf of Mexico one year, with waves breaking over our 5th deck.

We lashed down the equipment or welded it to the deck and used our anchors to pull us off site so we wouldn't smash into the rig, before riding it out.

We were below deck moving and securing shifting cargo, like bags of flaked caustic soda.

got my wife a lcp 380. she has a pocket on her purse she puts it in. purse has same pocket on each end, so by the time she finds it and gets it out she could have used the suitcase she calls a purse to do the job. damn things got to be 20 lbs.
I love my little .380 LCP, but it's a bit too snappy for my wife - which is kinda moot anyway, because I can't get her interested in carrying at all. She's afraid she'll have to use it, and maybe hurt someone.

It doesn't matter to her that the whole idea is to keep the bad guy from hurting HER!

140 IQ, and not a lick of damned sense, my lovely bride.
