Which leads me to ask this question . How much water do you drink a day and what times during said day.
I would say a normal day ,not 110 degrees outside. a group question

I force myself to drink two liters a day on advice of my urologist. I drink through out the day, but stop major liquid intakes a couple hours before bedtime.
I don't have anywhere near a full bladder when I go, but can't fall asleep with anything in my bladder, or stay asleep with much in it. I think it might have more to do with my efforts to stop peeing to bed growing up.
It had occurred to me that sometimes a cup goes faster than others.
I sincerely hope she is careful and doesn't slash her wrists on her nips and note that I could be available for warmups.

Not foolproof but it helps. Mist a little water at the seed husk interior. I have also been told that a drop of fresh aloe on a helmet head is all it takes.

Getting up to pee anywhere close to around 2:00AM starts my bowels moving, so I can either lay there unable to sleep due to my bladder or get up to relieve my bladder and then ten minutes later have to get up due to bowel pressure. Once relieved I am usually wide awake because I don't wear jammies and we turn our furnace down at night.
That is one of the reasons that I get up when I do, or at least was before Miss Layla got the schedule down pat and started rooting me out of bed at 2:00AM every morning as one of her duties. Sort of took going back to bed off the table.
