I have a small makita compressor but bought got $99 bat operated Makita.
I have the Makita platform so battery's aren't a issue.
Went to a wedding upstate coming back tire shows low and I didnt bring it.
Cost me $5 and a tsunami from my Honey
Big chooch that I am try not to go anywhere with out that pump,jump box ( very small now)a light and a invertor.
With my van I would jump someone but the new cars I use a jump box so my car dont get hurt from premature sparkulation.

I also carry a 12VDC compressor in the Ford EV as well as a tire repair kit, because it doesn't have a spare. I didn't want to use it this time, because their life is limited and this is the second one I've owned, so I try not to use them any more often than necessary.

The way I see it, if a bird strike can bring down a plane ,that fat bastard could bring down the starship enterprise.

The bi-planes were running wooden props, so a prop collision with the fat boy would be both's demise.

It seems like a lot of stuff breaking of late. Now that I have our printer replaced, our internet back online, and our tenants furnace working, I went to air up the tires on the Ford and our compressor would not come up to pressure.

I ended up putting $5 in the compressor at the local service station, but it was broken too, so I had to go buy a new one.

Good morning GW. Wow 5.00 for air that’s crazy. There are still a couple of free machines but the pay ones I thought were only .25 cents to run.

Morning, freezing outside this morn. Got a doctor's appointment this morn. I'll be starting a sulfur based med today. So I will not be able to even kiss the ol lady, she is highly allergic to sulfur. I'll have to toke on my pipe so there will be not roaches even. Glad the med will only last a week but will have to give it 3 or 4 days after to be safe. Y'all have a good morning.

Sadly this one took $2.50 in coins and timed out, so I naively used my card for a second run at it.

Not usually an issue because I've always kept a home compressor.
