8 years ago i did a favor for a nice older lady. she worked at my shop as a cleaner. i get a phone call from one of her family members looking to set up a meet with me. i have them roll by my spot and a black range rover pulls up and out jumps a group of armenian men wearing some really nice suits. i can't wear that shit to work, i get too dirty, but these cats were clean. they tell me that they own the l13 cut and since i helped their family i could have it for myself and that i would now be a millionaire too, like them. i got 7 grams of l13th flowers and 5 clones in the exchange.
to me its still an absolute powerhouse of a plant in all directions. out of all the cuttings that I've seen from these families l13 goes the largest outdoor, 9 pounds. rivals the larry indoor for yield but with such a sexy bud formation and knock out stone. if the skywalker is the most sativaish in my mind then this is the most indicaish. i know those terms are debated but for ease lets just use them here.
i kept it private for a few years and then released the cut when it wasnt going to cause the crew that gave it to me to lose value to them. it is rare but mostly because it is a tough fucker to prop. the moms health and vitality so crucial for this one. most can't get it to go so few fuck with it at all. once rooted its a different animal. I'm going to run a bench outside this year at the farm.

I was starting to think I was the only one who knew about this on IC. It's nice to have someone else remember what I remember.

That's cool that they hooked you up with a few. I always liked those guys but I don't think they felt the same about me, even defore the last time we talked! lol I believe it was the way I did business at that point in time. The shops were beginning to flip the script. The truth is that I was having a hard time dealing with it. I kinda adopted a more "aggressive" attitude I guess. Them being the tough negotiators they were and me with my take no shit attitude! We were never gonna be pals, but I use to roust people a little too much back then!lol

I would check weedtracker daily back then. Running all over the valley to grab different clones. I had been growing OG for so long that I was dying to grow something else. Not much ever held a candle though. It was fun chasing them down though.

I'm gonna scope out that first San Diego thread. It would be cool to see the pics. Maybe I'll get lucky and find it quickly. lol pretty big thread.

they had the louie in 6 in rockwool and they were huge!

still though it looked like the leaves were wider.

progressive options has Fungus gnats and other pests so... BE CAREFUL.

Found a place that has almost 80 different clones from north and south cali.

as far as weedtracker goes.. most of the bud shots at collectives i used to go to always hooked me up till weedmaps came.

^^thnks alot. n yes, those are under 1000 hortis, in blockbuster hoods. and mag ballast. i usually veg for 6 weeks total.. first full light of fire,, and its a nice grower for an an o.g.. peace
