Ok maybe I wanna exchange the term polyploidy to just trifoliate as this ag now showing 3 true leafs instead of 2. And also after researching a bit more im convinced it may be something else and not colchicine induced polyploid

I had 2 of them
One grew out of it after 3 nodes
The other one kept spiraling, from above it looked like the Mercedes Benz logo, it grew the fastest
Unfortunately I killed both of them, luckily still got 5 of them

You can read on the Acapulco gold thread what ive done
I tried too hard to force them to show sex and killed half of it in the progress
I won't get to try them this season, they would have been flowering for too long anyway, but I will make crosses with shorter flowering Mexican varieties (First Lady, her majesty x her majesty, her majesty x mextiza)
The ag's have a really fine appearance
They're leaves are absolutely beautiful and so symmetrical when you look from above, really beautiful looking like a star
On the other side the stems are very thin and flexible, they don't like strong rain too much and want lots of sun, no cold temperatures
They're tropical
My climate is a lot different than the climate from their origin
I'm excited for the crosses because I need thicker more robust stems for the last part of flowering before the first freeze comes

I hope it kinda helped

I had an epiphany tonight. I am smoking the best commercial Mexican that I had in 1975. This Snowhigh Guerrero x Michoacan is a ringer for that taste and high. hahahahah Like an old friend I have not seen in 42 years.

Well, I remember thinking, other than the seeds and lack of buds, I liked the best of it quite well. I never felt the need to save up more than 10 to 20 bucks for a bag of commercial. This is just like the best I had then, but never marketed as Michoacan or anything. Just pot.

The commercial was seldom much more than shake, stems and seeds. Small buds here and there if lucky. I am thinking they might have separated the good buds from the rest and sold the lesser stuff as commercial? That could account for the price difference.

It is a euphoric high with some body and not super clear. Sativa though. Trippy enough. Well, this is the top of a vegging plant, the buds might take it to the next level. We will see.

I got a bag in 1985 that was seedless Mexican, all buds. Never got any name of the pot, but knew right away it was the Mexican I had been smoking from mid 70's. I remember thinking, this is the same as the best commercial I got in '75 but all buds and no seeds. Guerrero or Michoacan, who knows? $80 for the ounce. I was pissed off there were no seeds, as by then I was growing and wanted the genetics.

I was looking to get really tripped out but this is a very pleasant high anyways. I would say this high is fun more than trippy, introspective, transcendent, or anything else.

Seems i was a bit high on nutrients so the Tips on some Plants are a bit burned, but for a Summer grow it isn't so bad. Sadly i've to use the same nutrient solution for all the Plants in my Tent(im lazy), and the Oaxacas staying pretty green even on low EC, some of the other Plants are needing a bit more to stay green.

Yesum.. so you found a Holy Grail of yours??

How long this Guererro-Michoacan flowering?

Well, in a way. I had a smoke of this strain or type and another mixed with it from some people I had never seen before, which put me on Jupiter or beyond. 1975. At that time I was happy with what I had, as Jupiter was kinda out there?

Lately I remembered that time and have been trying to track the other mystery strain down, thinking it was most likely Michoacan brown.

So this did not send me to outer space but it was just the top of the vegging plant.... I kinda forgot how nice the regular Mexican could be back then.:woohoo:

If I want to test this strain out fully I need to get it budded out and and smoke a joint in under 10 minutes, which is what I smoked back then. I never smoke more than a couple or three puffs anymore, but may undertake it for science.

This strain should be done in 10 weeks so 8 more weeks from here. At this point I do not feel it is the mystery strain but glad to have the old friend back for sure.:huggg:

Little update. I found out the one I broke the top off is a male. Gonna smoke a couple leaves off the other male and see who wins the breeding rights. Leaves off a male in veg getting me good and high, never would have guessed. If you gotta smoke leaves I think the small ones are better and higher on the plant. That is what I had.

A few days ago in Tochimilco, Puebla:

Tochimilco's ruler emulates 'El Chapo'
Tuesday, August 22, 2017

Councilman Rufino Pérez shared an image on his Facebook account on a marijuana plant.

Mexico.- The Tochimilco industry and commerce councilor, Rufino Pérez, emulated the style of Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzman next to a marijuana planting.

Perez Ramírez shared in his Facebook account a couple of images where he poses next to the planting inside the Rancho El Paraíso that is his property.

The images of August 11, generated comments from his friends on Facebook, however, the PAN regent justified his planting arguing that he used "nothing more to cure the rums" when someone joked that was his real business.

The local deputy Francisco Jiménez, who is a member of the Security Commission, requested that the Attorney General's Office investigate the official and be punished in a corresponding manner, published Punctual.

In the opinion of the legislator, it is important to disclose responsibilities and punish improper acts between high officials or public officials who may be involved with organized crime.
