The pickles we are making are short term storage and last up to 3 months when ready

They only ferment for one or 2 weeks in brine.

So many variations to make. My faves are classic Dill or spicy dill

We Prune our stashes. All these were cut back by 2/3 2 seasons ago and most have not only fully grown back but they have grown more

No. We were planning on winterizing during the heat of "covid" but opted to buy in bc instead.

Making slow steps to make the family cottage 4 seasons Friendly. Basically spend the month of sept here. depending g on weather Into Oct.

Was raised in very warm temperate climates as a kid so I'm not a very winter person.
