Congrats on the new job. I am somewhat local to the facility, where would one forward a resume? If you haven't read Plant Nutrition of Greenhouse Crops its a good book and I would suggest it. Everything is in mmol/L and mol/L but I assume you know about that.

What's nice about me is i have already produced medicinal grade marijuana on a very very large scale corporate stylee. As long as we follow the med-man method to a T we will do very very well.

Most growers I know that had jobs last year for LP's have quit. Been fired or are asking me for a gig. I am witnessing 2007 all over again. Where big talkers turn into big losses

Couple Questions, are you using the current lighting and spacing that was used for veg growing?If going from scratch I would suggest 1000w lamps for their ability to be hung higher and less reflectors to impede natural light.

How will your med man tables size up to a facility like that? I would assume you would have to make them out of different materials IE stainless steel because plywood/osb covered with plastic doesn't last long term.

I can vouch for that...it's the cookie cutter approach that will kill most of the LP's

as we all know it takes lots of TLC to produce a top notch product

you can't be Nabisco making Mr.Christie cookies and be charging for gourmet cookies or advertising gourmet ..It just won't work
