Seems like SubCool and MzJill are starting to steal some peoples thunder, by all there magazine articles, excellent line of seeds, top notch photography, and the fact they will most likely take the Cannibis Cup this year with JTR ~ Of course that is unless someone gets into the judges pockets...but hey I hear supposedly that the judging is done by a "blind" taste test...We Will See!

And if you have time maybe the 5 strongest you have tried from any source and any decade(70's 80's 90's)..

Having smoked someone elses grown JTR and the ECSD clone(my grow) I must admit, I enjoyed the JTR more. Both strains are way strong to me, but the JTR had a longer lasting high 3+ hours. Now mayby this is not apples and apples. Mayby a throw down between Subs cross(JTR) and Rez's cross Sour D is in order.

On a raw strenght level I think they are very close. But raw strength is not my goal for smoking. Obviously that is Rez goal in making seeds.

One analogy I would make is that Everclear will get you fucked-up real fast, but a nice scotch or bourbon is sure more enjoyable.

That being said,sub's 'seed company' has absolutely no sway over what I think of his 'cornerstone' mom,the 'jack's cleaner' clone,though its' mediocrity does make me wonder why he didn't come up with something superior to base his lines around.
Note: All the pretty backgrounds and purple/pink backflash in their JC pics can't hide the mediocrity in jack's cleaner when it's smoked,and if some people don't agree with me,that's their right.


I have no time for mediocrity,and jack's cleaner is just that....Mediocre.

this is just complete disrespect for a fellow breeder. the right thing to do would let the genetics speak for themselves. rez is an amazing breeder and his genetics are some of the best around. he doesn't need to talk shit to sell his product.

People give Rez lots of praise for "being a straight shooter" and "telling it like it is", so why is this any different? Whether it regards business or personal matters, Rez has always given us his (sometimes brutal lol) honesty, and I for one respect him for that. As warped and others have pointed out, this is only REZ's opinion of this clone, so if you only base your descisions on what Rez has to say about something, then your the one who is lost.

I've grown Subcool's gear and I've grown Rez's gear. They are both top notch. The only difference is that Rez has a GIGANTIC ego, is totally full of himself and is a hater. Subcool is down to earth and has a lot of love.

Personaly, I would call AE-77 Cali-O mediocre, but I know many who love it with a passion. It's mediocre for my tastes, nothing more.

Well, it all depends. It comes down to personal taste, and the amount of respect we show for others.

The love that you give is the love that you get.

To not grow something out because someone said it wasn't good in the face of several good reviews is ridiculous. Find out for yourself. Unless you want to go through life as an ass kisser with no mind of your own.
