Your ec sounds high, possibly contributing to a low ph...

You shouldnt be running any boosters in the first 3-4 weeks of bloom.

Carboload is pointless unless you run bennies..

10oz per plant, outdoors? lol Most Ive seen indoors is 6oz from a strain that yielded and was vegged 2 1/2 months vertical...

Ph your solution to 5.5-6

I'm not much on advice, but I just cut back to 800 ppm, after flushing at 125-200 ppm. So... perhaps if you have nute burn, you might flush. Hope that helps.

I did a couple of flushes as I had twisted growth n dark green leaves thinking I'd feed too much then half feeds for a couple of feeds thenn yellowing appeard a week or 2 later so iv just started feeding as normal again hopin yellowing woul go

I have found that it takes 3-5 days for changes to show up. It sounds like you are on the right track. Every growing book I have read (Cervantes, Green and Garden Sage) state that you can feed at much lower (e.g. 1/4 strength) levels than the nute people say you can.

This is my first grow with Canna Coco. I had to learn to always feed to run-off (5-10%). I keep a record of all plants fed, how much and run-off ppm. I know that coco run-off ppm is not very reliable, but it is a good gross measure.
