I take the whole thing. I dont De-leaf, cut branches like Joes holding in the picture above and hang.
I've got 72 big plants. If I had a smaller grow I'd probably go for a 2nd pull but for now I just focus on the meat and potatoes.
At least two chops....2 wks apart
every single plant chopped as of last night…no thanks to another visit by the local sheriff department.
the blessing is they hit us two weeks too late, and actually forced us to close down our scene early which i can't complain about because I'm ready to get the fuck out of here!
I'm in CO and don't usually worry about the frosts. IME if they're hydrated and healthy they don't seem to mind to much. A friend of mine who is at a higher elevation borrowed a practice from the citrus tree farmers who spray the buds down with water so that they are hydrated enough so that the freeze doesn't burst the cell walls. Was wondering how you guys did it in CO when it starts to freeze, the OR guys can 2chop when the weather is nice. Weather looks like it's finally turning on Sunday for the Northern Sierras - our Dreams are the last ones standing and will coming down this weekend.
It's been a fortunate Fall - lots to be thankful for Hope everyone finishes strong.
