My Haze wont be done till late December. I have a rib structure to pull clear plastic over when the weather comes. The wind can cause some damage, I dont like to bruise the buds, thats where the mold can get a foot hold

I've been having same indoor soil baproblems...but with what I think is fungal gnats. a local co-op grower told me 1/2 a mosquito dunk in a gallon of water knocks them out. It doesn't dissolve, but I tried it and it seems to be working.

I'm not sure if I am over medicated here but are you saying that a remedy for fungus gnats is dunking 1/2 a mosquito in a gallon of water and spray it on the plants?

So, apparently my neighbor ran off some kids at 3 am. I hope I don't get ripped off. Spent my day trying to rip proof my plants, Guess I'll be sleeping in the garden from now till my sativa's are done.

You could easily smell my 12 x 45 light dep in full flower from 500 feet away if the wind hit right...Any sizable patch (mine worked out to be 100 x 180) will REEK with quality genetics..

one thing you got goin for ya is that in sonoma, more of your neighbors are doin it than youd care to think... also a good fence goes a long way, sure they can smell it, but can they see it? they may not necessarily know who's it is iof they cant see it.
also dont leave it alone. if your gonna be away alot especially during flower... well how can they rip ya if you never leave. if you cant do that for some reason, invest in quite alot of security measures, or a good ol share cropping patch monkey!

Thanks for the reply TG - it's nice to hear from someone who obviously has the first hand experience.

But, damn, even the light dep? Reality just has to rain on my parade, yet again. Back to the drawing board, in one way or another...

no drawing board, get out there and do it. 60 acres is alot of land to waste... trust me the neighbors are too....lol
in an area not far from me here in the triangle, they've got hundreds on one and two acre parcels, maybe that'll put things into perspective.

Just a couple things to add regarding "visits".

- Record the audio if possible; they probably are. (iPhones are great for this)
- Take pictures of the vehicles and officers present if possible. (had a friend in Yuba get ripped by the cops. No charges, no report, just took the plants and left him scared)
- have your info straight before they show up.
- keep everything clean and tidy. I'm not just talking about paperwork here...

Most likely no problems, but you can never be too careful and remember, the grower is usually protected pretty well in Cali if you follow the rules.
