Changing minds one person at a time...

Just be careful. He is still a Sheriff's Deputy and will share info with, or cut your plants down if ordered to do so by his superiors or the feds.

I too try to send nothing but positive energy toward the Popo, but I'm not opening my gate for or sharing information with anybody without a warrant in hand.

btw: plants look GREAT everybody!

Yes Happy Labour day to you also Ian and the rest of the big plant growers
You weren't kidding about getting rattlers in your area
I'm so glad we don't have them here
Good on you for building up good relationships with all concerned.
I also am one that thinks it helps the medical marijuana community greatly.
I've spend the last couple of weeks staking up my big girls.
Some have concrete fencing around them while others have separate trellises. Checking for possible bud rot etc., bugs, diseases
It so nice seeing the different strains do their own thing but I'm far behind in the flowering stage compared to most of you.
I'll catch up some day....lol

Yes, understood. I aim to put forth positive energy but I try not to be naïve about it. It's a delicate balance.

Hey Ian, I keep a SweetTooth Mom as well. Absolutely wonderful weed! Solid rich Afghan tasting top shelf smoke that is real easy to clean. I Love that plant. It grows like crazy too!

if I ever get the money together for two packs of Tom Hill Haze, what are my chances of getting the haze pheno? About 50%?

They've got a lot of haze around Philly. Can't be real haze though. I think what they call "haze" is what anyone who knew any better would call mids. Sort of like how everybody else in the world calls "soccer" football. I'm curious how haze compares to a real good Cinderella though .... A proper Cinderella being known for a perfect mind/body combo? where does the cerebral effects come from in Cindy99? Some bagseed JH grimm bros. picked up in the Dam, right?

I think Tom said 5%. So 20 seeds at 5% is one full on top notch keeper, as well as others that are great, good, so so, and Hay.

So answer in short is 100%

I agree with this. But I'd note that "Big Tobacco" (and possibly "Big Liquor and Beer") is probably already quietly lobbying for a federal legalization plan that puts them firmly in control when it does happen.
hell they've made a huge move here in CO. hb1284 was just the first step in pushing out small growers, in favor for big money/politically connected grows. e.g. For some reason the regulating body is the liquor license and gambling authority.:chin:

Didn't you study statistics? Out of 20 chances, your chance to find a pheno said to be represented in one out of twenty times is approximately 50%. It's math. Not to be an asshole or anything. Your chances are quite a bit lower with one 10-seed pack. Approx. 25%. That's even a bit generous, probably. If TH said one out of 20, you'd probably need 50 seeds even to consider a possibility that you might find a "haze" pheno. Cinderella is certainly cheaper.
Going for 0 out of 2, I believe I can achieved that goal.

What's wrong with paying to play or paying so you CAN play? That's how business gets done in the world. I know that if I could go to the Liquor board for Trinity County or the Planning Department ...or the Ag Commission ...or any other regulating body some one from some group would have a problem with it...I'd be happy that I can pay to do what I want to do with little to no limit. But that is just me!

100% would be a Haze pheno, because this is a pure Haze line.

I believe you are referring to a truly "stellar" example of Haze. Which Tom says is about 1 in 20 females. I believe the ratio of good to be much higher.

CBF has said that there is a "good" plant in every 10 pack.

The line throws out about 75% females according to Tom. So 3 packs should be sufficient to find a great Haze. But to be safe, buy 10 and search for the special Haze lady of a lifetime.

ok, c'mon we're talking $85/pack. I'm more likely to throw a couple Philly haze bagseed. If I really, really wanted that Tom Hill haze pheno, I'd probably have it. I want to know what this so-called "haze" has got over any other cereberially stimulating cannabis variety. Sort of. It would be interesting to know at least. In case I ever had any money and I wanted to grow some haze.

Thats totally true, but, I feel it has compromised the integrity of what I'm trying to do. which is produce the highest quality medicine. Having the liquor and gambling authorities in charge makes me think, the people behind these laws are less inclined to be concerned with peoples health. thats just me i guess.
Looking good HL.

yes for sure, and if Tom Hill's is the purest haze available, I'm sure I ought to be all over that. Can't say it's my highest priority right now, but someday, maybe....
