In 2018 the Dems picked up 41 house seats to take over. The fear this midterm was the Dems would get smoked. They didn't.

I don't care if they lose the house. I thought they would lose the both chambers. At this point if the Dems can keep the Senate then judges will move forward.

With the GOP having such a small majority if they take the house it will be just like when Boehner and Ryan had to come begging the Dems to vote for a House bill because the crazies in the GOP would stifle legislation. Same will be true under the new leadership. So in essence the Dems will have a huge say in the house as well.

It's pretty humorous to me that political polarizing doesn't work even when you're down to only two parties.

The thing is people are not just blue or red.

It's easier for small minded people to keep things simple.

The latest vote counts in Arizona and Nevada make it highly likely that the QAnon-affiliated candidates running for secretary of state in the two states will go down to defeat. If those results hold, that means that every secretary of state candidate in a swing state that backs former President Donald Trump’s false claims about the 2020 election has lost their race.
