This.^ Plus, Elon already made it clear that Twitter defrauded it's shareholders and now he really only has to worry about his own profits which are, of course, irrelevant when you are one of the wealthiest people on earth. He could lose tons of money on it but he'll still be making more based on his Tesla, spaceX, and starlink wealth.
So, Twitter stock dropping is anticipated and welcomed by Musk and the American People. Power to the people.
