All 14 precincts would be in THAT Borough (the Mat-Su/Matanuska-Susitna Borough. As stated in the article, and reinforcing what I said earlier, precincts would not go willy-nilly on their own. Our election laws are governed by Federal & State laws, as well as municipal (city) or 'Borough' ordinance.

In the case of the Mat-Su Borough, they elected to have their (14) precincts have their ballots hand-counted. They are still using the same ballots, but they are doing a hand-count.

Not opposed to that at all, providing partisan disruptors don't get access and tacit permission to bring their chaos on-board during tabulation.

Accu-Check or Accu-Vote, (can't recall which,) was the primary source or provider of our voting machines here over the last bunch of years. Oh, and that company was historically R-affiliated.

There is a lot in there and scanning through it, it is not that exciting, but it does show that they were supposed to track and report adverse reactions. I believe people will be held liable with this document. It specifies what is supposed to happen if fraud is found. It also discusses procedures which were obviously violated to report and limit 'conflicts of interests.'

Here in Oakland the Buddhist church nearby has been vandalized so many times over their "swastica" that they've stopped using it and switched to a different symbol. Ignorance is sad and very abundant here in Oakland.
