'fully vaccinated and boosted' or 'unvaccinated (those not fully boosted)' They make no mention of 'non-vaccinated' or vaccine -free' individuals. So, what percentage of 'unvaccinated' are actually 'non-vaccinated?'

That is the million dollar question that the Deep State will not allow us to know.
