Hempy was born in the nineteen eighties, but grew up in the nineteen nineties. At some point Hempy realized that all of his favorite musical influences were junkies. When Hempy was a young heavy metal fan in the nineties, hempy would joke with his young black friends about the music that they were listening to, which was Rap music. Hempy used to listen to rap, but then became a "metal head." Hempy's black friends would make fun of "devil music" and head banging, while hempy would joke about urban slang and ghetto culture and the need to rhyme all the thyme. Hempy and his friends saw it all in good humor and had fun joking with each other back in the nineties when racial relations in the US were pretty great. At the time, Hempy did not think of things such as social engineering or Eugenics or irregular warfare.

In sixth grade Hempy met a pretty girl who wore converse and was into Nirvana. Nirvana had a frontman who was infamous for being a junkie (heroin user). Hempy was just starting to learn the world at the time of Kurt Cobain's "suicide." The media told Hempy how amazingly cool Kurt Cobain was...The media (MTV, Geffin Records, Subpop Records, Gold Mountain Entertainment, etc) made Kurt Cobain into a legend, an icon..

Hempy didn't understand that Bill Clinton had made plans with George HW Bush and what would become known as the Deep State, to turn Afghanistan into an opium pruducing Taliban state.

While hempy was getting into Nirvana and punk rock and Seattle grunge music, Hempy's black friends were getting into the other option that MTV and MSM offered in the Nineteen Nineties (Gangsta Rap Music).

Hempy did not understand complex "adult" subjects such as Social Engineering, Psychological and cultural warfare, chemical warfare and the Joe Biden, George Bush, Bill Clinton sponsored 1994 Crime Bill. Hempy did not know about Iran Contra, the CIA's involvement in the crack cocaine epidemic or even the planned criminalization and destruction of Black America. Hempy didn't know anything except that it would be awesome to get some heroin and be "cool" like Kurt Cobain (luckily Hempy never found it).
