This is essentially a story about a story, from Rupert Murdoch owned Sky News, reporting on a Tucker Carleson piece. I live in this dystopian nightmare. The sun is shining. Just been shopping and going for a walk later. Winter is nearly over. Most of us are not in lockdown. The only thing I have to do is wear a mask indoors, shopping centres etc. I have had my first vaccination shot and getting the second this week.

Two major cities are in lockdown. My daughter lives in one of those. She has to work from home and is not allowed further than 5 km form home. What the story fails to report is that Australia is half a year behind the rest of the world in vaccinating the population. There is a mad rush for that to occur and once that happens there is a plan to open up again. What Tucker also fails to say is that although we have very low covid rates, that is due to the fact that we have generally locked down better here than other parts of the world. It's a weird argument to say we should open up due to low numbers, when low numbers are due to the fact that we haven't let the virus rip.

Sure there are protests by some dickheads that can't tell the difference between health measures, and actual freedom. Maybe Tucker should look at the Capital riot again if he wants an example of dystopia.

yesterday i went to a multicultural festival ,
there were many hundreds of people ,
no one even had masks because we are not locked down where i live ,
and we never have been , but if it was for the best for everyone to stay home ,
we would gladly do it , its not that difficult and there has been no covid other than like 1 case where i live ,

probably dozens of small country towns in australia are just like mine ,
no restrictions and no covid ,
its one of the reasons folks are leaving the cities and coming here in droves now ,
over a third of the properties listed on the window of a real estate agent i was looking at the other day are sold ,
they are all recent sales too , business is booming for real estage agents ....

So, for those who don't know, Anthony Weiner was busted for trying to solicit sex from and exposing himself to a minor and child porn too I think. His Wife was Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's closest aid. The NYPD seized his laptop and it was found that Anthony Weiner had dirt on all the politicions incase they ever tried to turn on him. On the laptop according to NYPD whitnesses most of whom have "committed suicide," are videos of, among other things, Huma and Hillary cutting a little girls face off and wearing it and extracting her blood at Comet Ping-pong (see: pizzagate). I'm guessing Podesta is going to be arrested soon! Q is now proven to be the plan and the plan is now proven to be real! McAfee is leaking the contents of the Weiner laptop to the public!

Most if not all of the NYPD cops who saw what was on weiner's laptop have died. These are some evil sick people.

Ya got me there Hempy, although I have wondered at times if you were a Russian bot! I will keep checking my posts to make sure that the government isn't altering anything. :kitty:
The surveillance legislation is a good example of what Australian's should be upset about, not a response to a health crisis.

I am in a major city, not the country side and things are fine. My children can tell the difference between a health crisis, and important reasons to go against the establishment.
