Listen and learn. You will be lazier, weaker, more painful, less capable as time rolls by. Think slippery slope.

Best to have a comfy nest and nice veggies by that time.

And CBD..., and CBN... Gawdsends IMO.

Get a job son! Walk down the road with a suitcase, good shoes and coat, thumb out. Maybe a farmer needs help, picks you up, and would let you plant a corner of the place. Farmers are old and lazy and may not mind a side crop of a little garden you grow.

If I had some kid here who did really want to work, he would have a chance. There are places out there with wore out old folks.
Unfortunately I can't go anywhere cause I'm on probation.but this house I'm staying at now is owned by a farmer but he's pretty much retired.next time I see him I'll ask him if he knows anyone with work.my body is pretty beat up though.thanks for the advice.ill let you know what he says.

And Ringo! LMFAO! That's the worst advice but I still love your sour old ass!

I think there was already a thread about this but maybe you guys could give some tips or health advice to some prevention to the myriad of illnesses you walking corpses have! J/k! But seriously any advice would be appreciated.im already hurting.i can't imagine the pain I'm gonna be in when I'm 60

I'm channeling S4L here but if he could give you advice on preventing "the myriad of illnesses" that ultimately killed HIM (at age 62) it would be to do what HE finally did to escape, which was to get out of the bad environment (left NYC for bumfuck Minnesota) and give up bad drugs, brawling and Alkeehol!:tiphat:

Ringodoggie, I know the family that invented that bubble packaging. It is a pain in the arse. I went to a sprouts health food store and half the products were in that packaging that will take years to detoriate. Humans are the only species on this planet that make trash and we are damn good at it, hell the space above our planet is full of trash...

Waxed paper and brown paper bags were good things, which actually made life better. I like this thread.

Next time you see them, you can tell them you know a guy who is going to kick their ancestors in the balls for centuries. LMAO

Yeah, humans are pretty fucked up. But, like George Carlin said, we are just part of this planet's evolution. God, bad or otherwise, in a couple million years when this planet is [probably] still here, all the trash and other remains of our existance will be long gone. Yep, even the plastic, the cigarette butts and the radioactive shit will [eventually] be gone. And, this old mother Earth will still be spinning.

I love George Carlin's routine on that. If you have not seen it, it's a pretty good laugh.

Ahem. Cough. Cough. Er, God is White ... isn't he?

When the old grim reaper comes for me, I going to bend that fucker over and stick my cock 4 miles up his ass and drive that old crusty black mother fucker all the way to hell.

;)

Your age is apparent and proven, ringo, in that you've reached that kindred place in time where it is often our spite that explains 50% of how we continue to get out of bed each day.

Saving up and nurturing the energy required to flip the Cosmos the bird yet another day, and to lay down that night, doing the same thing yet again.

Same reason I've deduced that both society and myself are way better off if I go into town much less than I have previously.

I was introduced to George Carlin way too young.my hatred only intensified.i said to myself,if George Carlin can denounce the human race why can't i? Well turns out he's rich and famous so he can do whatever he wants! I was a dumb kid.at least I'm getting smarter.

You could tell dude really loved his audience. A lot. Comedians, to me, embody everything we should strive to be and do as human beings, with Carlin being the finest example.

There is something .. infallible in the comedic formula. Holy, if you will. I would argue that while we all fall short of grace, we still get glimpses of it when we cause others to rejoice. If only everybody sought out to share their vision of levity in the ironic and absurd.. the world would undoubtedly be a better place.

I can think of no other "correct" or even meaningful way to think or live.

The 'comedic formula' is much about Silence and Surprise ...

I think you should post more often!!!

You’re the only one, lol. I’ve been too busy trying to stay ahead of my piano teacher these days to make more than a few stops a week.

I think my brain is starting to work more better for it. Words.. less.. stupid.

Good is subjective. I have to work all day for 4-8 measures while 6 year olds get to move through an entire piece. In those terms, I am among the most novice.

That being said, I only ever study really heavy piano solos, and I guess that I do have the memory, dexterity, and musical inclination to make it through a few of them.

Trying to make it through any of Liszt’s or Chopin’s etudes.. any idiot who wants it bad enough would surely find the transcendence required. Really is somethin..
