I always call it OG Kush, but it is a 17 year old cut at least... The Dawg. Or in my case the Dog, as I grow it organically. Right...?

Hell ya, me too.
I thought it was a dawg because it's the dawg thread.
But OG is close enough.
I think that whole organic DOG and chemical Dawg spelling thing is bull.
DOG is a chemdawg Backcross. West coast DOG.
Chemdawg is just chemdawg no matter how it's grown.
Just my opinion.

It is Dawg. We called it OG K, years ago, because, early on no one could stomach the name Chemdawg, thinking it was hydro & overloaded with chemicals. Just a peoples' perception of a name, like Kleenex (c)..... It just did not sound sexy.

Now, I can call it what it is, with the renewed appreciation for the Chemdawg, but still, many think of OG K as superior to anything - including Dawg. (peeps' perceptions again, lol).

So, even though it barks like a healthy Coyote as of now, its' moniker remains OG K.

Haven't smoked the og yet, but it looks very similiar to chemdawg D. Does it taste and smell similiar to the D as well? I thought of the same thing when we started calling it chemweed in C.B., Co We never thought it would stick. It just tasted unlike anything else i ever tasted before. I think Joebrand said it almost like a joke and it stuck. I like the name now!

from what im seein, the OGs(OG,triple,sfv) there the most weak kneed spindly plants ive seen. slow growin as well. maybe there still needin to acclimate, but there not to impressive so far.

the chemD is the thicker, faster to clone of the bunch, the 4 not as heavy of a plant so far, but branches much better.

so your sayin the OG Kush is the same plant as the original Chem, which is no longer in existance right? other then the OG Kush bein it

just about ready to flower um, maybe another week to let um bush some more.
