I still run and use the Chem D in many breeding projects, but we dropped the Sister years ago due to it's "mottling" virus.

It was one of the slowest vegging, lowest yielding plants we had grown. Not good breeding stock.

doesnt sound like chem sis. the d is the only one with leaf deformities. sis grows nice and yields well.

Chem 91 SkunkVA is Chemdog, plain and simple. I like the D, #4, and the Sis, but they're certainly different. For me nothing tops the 91...besides maybe the Underdog.

how do chem 91 AND CHEM D stack up against each other in high yeild, taste ect, not a comp just how they differ cheers

I haven't grown them side by side but I prefer the 91 over the D. The D doesn't stretch like all the other chems I've ran. Yield is very similar, they both stink just as good but the 91 has a better taste and more potent, IMO. D doesn't have the best bag appeal either.

For potency, Im only comparing the strains of Chemdawg that I have grown, Chem D and 91 skunk va. The 91 skunk va dominates everything else in the Chem family that I've grown and smoked. The only other ones that compete for potency are the Daywrecker aka Headband aka Original Diesel and the two OG's I have around, Abusive and a legit Tahoe OG. Headband and OG share the same mother... 91 skunk va. There's lots of different opinions on that statement, but thats my belief after growing many different Chem strains.

The grower was growing some original diesel (daywrecker/headband/underdawg/diesel #1) and some hawaiian cross hermied and pollinated the diesel and the outcome was named Sour Diesel. Either way, its cross of original diesel and some hawaiian hybrid. Watered down diesel if you ask me. Sure its tasty buds, but I wont give up the original for sour any day of the week.

thanks for your imput. i just got my hands on the chem d and star dawg kyle kushman cut and if theres something better out there for potency and yield combined id like to try to get my hands on it that why im curious about this.

Dude if you are capable to make F2's.... Do it to that Obsidian Ice and send them in somewhere. Crosses with that Black Afghani are insanely hard to come by!
