Hops on the Purple Celebration Train!!

Hops on the Purple Celebration Train!!

:jump:
For the autumn to /spring season I got Two purple peace 3 weeks old.

I can definately see how the can take cold temps much better that other strains that i remember growing this time of the year...they grow fast!

Temps now go from 4ºc to 20ºc....not bad

Hope i can get at least a female to flower. And if it comes purple much better!

They won't get too big because of the cold nights, but to a regular size, i'm fine with that, and will veg them so they can end with the great sun we have here in september.

Hello all,

Kayaman, just beautifull to see those babies doïng so well!

Esben are you coming here to celebrate, or are you celebrating it with friends in Copenhagen?
It looks like to become a nice party.
Lot's of artists, musicians, smokers, meditators, family and friends...
From the "Cannabis scene" are coming people from the Cannabis College, Coffee and Dreams, de Verdamper, Haagse Johny, The Dutch Drug Foundation and I invited friends from de PCN.
My soulmate and very dear friend Ramses Shaffy is also coming.
We start the party with some chilling moods from a cd Max21 sended me.
And we'll end the party with music of Fela Kuti, Highlighter sended me!

There will be a singer from Antwerp, The "deejays without a name" will play disco from the seventees and eightees.
It's a great age 50 I notice now. There are people coming from 8 to 80.

Yesterday I went to Miss Muffin to talk over the cathering for the party.
She is making delicious organic Muffins, sweet and spicy pies.
She grows a couple of Early girls at her terrace in combination with other fruits and vegetables.
Realy nice balcony to hang out and smoke.

Finaly we got some rain today!
Certainly there was a flash of thunder and it started to rain!
Still nice temperatures around rhe 20 degrees.
The plants love it!

Today it became definite: Mushrooms are going to be a hard drug again.
Despite of an independend research that advised the governement not to prhohibit the mushroom. It realy looks like more and more that the governement is not handling based on facts, but more on fears.
This will mean more and more that everything is goïng "underground"again like the fiftees and sixtees. And goïng back proved always to be wrong and wasted time.
It means more work for the governement of health and justice, the violence in the streets increasing.
It's time for a more aware aproach of "dealing" with drugs.
I don't say that I got the "instant solution".
Together we can try to leave this planet a little bit more beautifull then we found it..
I celebrate every day that I was born in the fiftees and never suffered from war, sickness, or hunger. That's a blessing already..

Peace, G.A.

G.A., so happy to hear I will be involved in some small way in your B-day celebration! :headbange I look forward to a pictorial! :D

Kayaman, nice one on the Malawi's! I have some Afropips' Power Malawi's I'm dying to pop. Had 3 beauties outside last yr. that the gov't destroyed. :cuss:

Well everyone is well ahead of me, but I DO have some viable seedlings up! :jump: The two on the far left, including the one survivor from the april 6th germination, have no leaves beyond the seed leaves, and I expect them to die. On the far right, two are emerging w/ helmets still on. One pot is blank. So right now, 5 healthy seedlings!

Here's a shot of the 5 Nepjam males, whose pollen I hope to use w/ the PP's.
The most mature "balls" on them have a purple tint! :D

Hi Guyute,

Good to see you.
Great you are joining the 25th aniversiry.

Highlighter.
It's not only the physic presence that counts.
Good vibes are coming in many ways.
Music is a great medium.

Hi Esben, That's a great sunny start!
They look lovely.

Today is warm, but a little dark and rainy.
After 2 weeks of sun a "warm" wellcome for the plants.

They are growing realy fast under those conditions.

One of the characteristics of the Purple Peace are the 9 (and sometimes 11) finger leaves.

Have a great weekend folks.

Peace, G.A.

Hello green friends,

It was a nice weekend.
The weekend started at the Fresh FM studio where 2 of my favorite Deejays, Ludovici en Warren Fellow had a live set at the studio at hte programm "Club Fresh" of My friend Gijs.

Always nice to dance.

After 2 days of clouds and rain, the sun is shining again.
The plants are enjoying the weather.
The temperatures went down to 17 degrees by day and around 10 degrees at night.
The Purple Peace and offbreeds don't mind the cold, because the original genetics came from the mountains in the Himalaya and are used to cold and snow as well.
The Viking mother is a great strain from former Positronics in Amsterdam.
It's also a very resistant strain.

Peace, G.A.

Hello all,

Visited my friend Gijs this afternoon.
He is realy enjoying his green hobby and spends a lot of time with the little babies.
He has 2 Green Ambassador Purpurea, 2 Haze and he is taking care of the little Rebel that sprouted between the concrete stones at the terrace.
Looks like it's a Purpurea Princess.
They are all looking great.
Sun was shining again today and the forecast is looking good.

Peace, G.A.

Hi Esben,

True, it keeps the snails and slugs away.
Your little babies look fresh and green. Very nice. Shows a lot of care.
Quantity and quality balanced. Very rare to come across.
I celebrate that... lol

I woke up the other day and saw that the main top branche of the PP in the bowl was broken of and leaves laying beside the stem and a part of the left side totaly broke off.
My only explanation is that a bird landed on it.
When it was a cat the leaves would have been eaten.
That was not the case.
But as you know the plants are realy strong and a little stress helps to build up the resistance of the plant.

The weather is ok.
Not realy warm, 16 degrees, but the forecast for the coming days is 20 degrees by day and around 10 degrees at night. Not bad at all.
I gave the plants some Bio Vega again.
They are all looking fine.
Keep on growing, take care and stay safe folks, wherever you are..

Hi Alijah,

Congratz Alijah, Poland made it to the final off the Eurovision song contest...
Talking about care my friend... Your babies are looking green and fresh...

I like this song of Simon Methew from Denmark I came across browsing YouTube....

Reminds me to the old Beatle vibes...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MewUjExmno&feature=related

He reminds me also of our Dutch hero at the moment Alain Clark..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RbqF...1artiesten.nl/artiesten/1752/alain-clark.html

This way I like to hear him the best actualy, pure acoustic, "natural"..

http://www.youtube.com/user/callmemrmacross

Nice music to wake up with..

7 o'clock bought me some croissants at tha bakery on the corner.
Just had a nice breakfast. Some juice, cheese croissant and a big cup of milk coffee...

This is a shot of An Afghan Peace Purpurea cross.
I noticed the Purpurea is pritty dominant. She makes nice leaves.
Love the combination of PP and Purpurea.

The sun is out again at the terrace...

Have a great day all...

Peace, G.A.

Hi Teocle and DrKong,

Welcome to the "purple soultrain"..
Squeezing the juice of life...
Glad you enjoy it.

The weather overhere was warm today, around 20 degrees.
Not much sun, clouds moving by, but the plants are enjoying.

The Purple Peace has huge leaves already.
Not many leaves and bushy like the most Indica, but large..
It's nice to grow more Sativa this year.
Last years were mostly Indica.

Peace, G.A.

Great plants poeple. I like this thread a lot! :jump:

Here's a picture of what's in my actual stash, mostly LMN crosses and malawi from a friend.
Bottom left to right: Lesotho x Uzbekistan (sativa pheno), Lesotho x Uzbekistan (indica pheno), Neville's Haze x Uzbekistan
Top from left to right: Malawi, Neville's Haze x Uzbekistan(pheno 2), Angola Red x Banghi

It's great to be able to grow non-commercial herb, as it always should be....sharing :joint:
Never bought a seed and never will :joint:
