I can really see the Shiva in that Shiva/PP. must say that good Shiva is one of the most aromatic herbs I've ever smoked, is the cross more on the Shiva side with PP yields and so? Closeups look qa lot like PP, the trichomefields and so...anyway, gotta love the sun, always a joy to watch your grows Darpan, next time I visit Holland it would be nice to smoke a few in a chill place somewhere there, until then, and always, stay safe and let the herb grow!!!!!

I got a reply realy fast from wernard. I translated a piece off it with the info i think others are intrested in:

Viking is a name from a crossing off 2x10
The numbers date from 1982
We grew different seeds, mostly from Old Ed, but some where new strains. Wat 2 en 10 where i dont remember out off my head but i might still have it on some paper somwhere.
In 1983 that crossing was made and i think in 1984 i watcht different fields off 2x10.

The plant i quet rough and the effect a litle bold. but just like a vikingsword the finishing touch is not so important. Its about the effect off the bang thats what the name is about. :friends:

I think i will also have a Outsider male this year so the crossing for this year are about to happen.

Dutch, Wernard is one of the most trustworthy Cannabis sources I ever came across since the beginning of the eightees.
A lot of people forget that the coffeeshop weed they smoke today comes originaly from old hippie outdoor growers.
Nowadays we can buy our smoke "legaly" in a coffeeshop (in the Netherlands), while in the sixtees people still went to jail for it.
It's crazy. If millions of people around the world love Cannabis, why (besides economic reasons) prohibited it?
The gouvernement should take care of a save enviroment..
Untill 85 the Cannabis even didn't had a name. Like Wernard pointed out, they had numbers before that time.
I obtained the Viking in 1993 during an auction and I am glad till today I did that.
Esben the Purple/Erdber cross is a lovely plant.
She is flowering one week now. I love the plant, she has very tiny, gracefull leaves.

GDK I am a teaser for sure...
Next year I will make some seeds for season 2008. I'll keep you in mind.

This week finally some substantial rain after weeks of sun and high temps.
First we had 12 till 14 hours direct sunlight a day, now it dropped to 5 till 7 hours.
That probably means that all plants will be flowering very soon.
The temps dropped from 33 degrees to 20 degrees. Finally stopped swetting..
The plants are enjoying their "water massage"...

Wow GA that Shiva-Powerplant is one early bird.... You should defantly make a crossing with it next year. I love my erdbeer she is the pure version but looks very much like your pp crossing. Its going to produce some nice tight nugs. She is looking very delecate with her fine small leaves.

Hi Hy, good to see you. Did you had any girls in your little garden this season?

KG, She realy is an early girly. She started to flower the first of july!! I looked for an other strain early like that, but I couldn't find. So if someone knows a (white) early strain like the Green Ambassador (Shiva/Powerplant) maybe we can share some seeds. The seed of the Purple/Erdber cross you shared with me looks great! You can see the Purple in her as the Erdber as well. The PP is stretching the plant and makes her larger. She is 2 weeks flowering now and looks very gracefull with tiny leaves indeed.
The Shiva/Powerplant is almost finished flowering.
I have to get her inside today, because the forecast is at least 4 days of rain after each other, so to prevent the plant from mould I will take her in till the rainy days are gone. She will be harvested in 1 or 2 weeks from now.
The Purple Princess looks like the Purple Peace and is flowering now 2 weeks as well.
The Afghan is not flowering yet. I putted her on a spot where the sun is gone the earliest. I hope it will trigger her flowering soon, but she will be probably flowering till november. I could have forced her into flowering, but I like to see her own nature.
Even flowering late and not be adjusted to the climate she is a beauty also.
Till now the summer is great.
Keep on growing folks and stay safe, wherever you are and whatever you do...

Hey there GA hope all is good with you.

No men in my garden for the last year, I have been given some clones from a friend.
1 was a Swt#3, and 1 was a swt#3xC99xbogbubble.

He also gifted me some seeds he crossed swt#3xc99, witch I have growing right now,
10 days from seed and already a 3rd set of leaves.
And a c99xc99 also a durban poison crossed with c99.


In about a couple of weeks when they are worthy to be shown to my friends I will start a thread with the SWT99.

Yesterday when I took the pictures the sun was still shining, but now the Shiva Queen is indoor to prevent it from mould, because she only has 2 more weeks to go.

The Danish Delight (as I called the Esben cross) is flowering 2 weeks now.
A very nice and gracefull plant. Looking forward to her flowering..

The Purple Princess in the bowl is also flowering 2 weeks now..

The Afghan lady is't flowering yet.

But I do have to post pics of my Purple Princesses. They're already one month flowering. Very fast.

Hello Darpan! You may recognize the bud in the picture, it looks exactly like the mom from last year, the smell is also equally delicious. Of course my plants can't compare to yours in size, but we had such a hot month in Poland, that all of the vegetation suffered enormously and yellowed heavily. Now is much milder, and there's a lot of rain, I can see all the plants breathing a sigh of relief.

On a side note, your Shiva Power Plant is doing great too!
