Wondering that myself. Lot's more white pistils than brown on that close-up.
Course I know folks like to pick early for the more "up" high.
I also know YOU know what you're doing! Have great fun tomorrow, Mr. Stickyfingers!
Nice to see your bounty's, esben and kov! :woohoo:

Guess I'll show mine too. Here's the Biddy Early male I've been keeping.
He'll only be around less than a wk.

Like KG, I'll be dusting some lower branches from this Biddy girl very soon, as well as one of the Rocketwrecks.

Hi guys,

Greetings everyone. It surely is a wet season here. Hope September will be better. Updated my gallery (at last). At the moment I have:

3 powerplant (monsters, about 2.6 m high) from clones
2 Hindu Kush (late grow - Nirvana seeds)
1 Mexican Sativa (nice xmas tree from Sensi Seeds- promotional seed from a magazine!)

Here's an overview:

The kushes and the satica have been in the shed for about 17 days (13 hrs light, 11 hours darkness). They flower now about 3- 4 weeks.
Hindu Kush top:

Sativa top:

more in my icmag album, current life streaming feed on the cam (see signature).

Oh and this was really a killer.. a 13 gram organically grown Jack Herrer bud from Sanníe (co-admin on wietforum.nl) - Miss_whazzup holding it.

Next year I'm planning to grow some nice Warlocks from Magus. This strain really impressed me.

Keep it green!

Hi everyone, good to see your plants, G.A. and Karma Genetics ;

Great Hug to everyone I know,

Here we're fine, trying to develop our business, with Mrs Max,
smoking less, but growing what happens to be a great bunch of Happy brothers and Blockhead in full soil with automated watering...My Mum is taking care of them :A pretty nice 10's of 1 meter diameter plants just before flowering... yummy... Let's hope everything will be okay till harvest !

Mrs Max says hi, she's very proud of our plants :D

Take care Darpan and a happy harvest time to you

Max

Hi guys/gals,

Thanks a lot for sharing the good vibes.
I don't use siccors. I pick everything manual....
Longer flowering is not realy an option, because she is flowering now over 8 weeks and it's raining frequently the last 2 weeks.
At the bud shot you can see that 2/3 of the hairs are red already.
I started picking one side this weekend.
Sunday I had a great day at the Haschiba anual Multi Cultural Festival.
Some pics...
Watch out Danmark!! Salam and I are coming!!
At the end of next week we'll be visiting Kopenhagen and more...
Some tips folks?

Peace, G.A.

I realy love my neighbourhood with all the Multi Cultural activities and festivals, but also the foreign little shops and reataurants....
I realy feel as a world citizin in this part of town in The Hague and all around the corner.

Meet my hairdresser Marcelino. He was the creative designer of my hair for the High Life Hemp Fair.
He is a real "working class hero".

Catch you'll later....

Everything looks great GA...those colas are looking rock hard...
Yea the rain is the worst ending we could have had to such a beautiful summer..i too am cursing it every day..
So youre comin to my town eh? Well u being from the dam and all..its hard to find any good places to go..depends on what u wanna do..party? smoke? sightseeing? eat?
Of course theres always Christiania, but know this..things have changed alot at CA and police is now a more than common sight. Theyre patrolling the place more or less constantly and the quality of the hash is nothing like it used to be..and if u do find good hash it will be expensive. But if you havent visited Christiania before..then its a must..Theres also some cafes and restaurants there, and theres always some kind of live music every weekend. Check out a Place called Loppen there...good place if u wanna listen to music and smoke. The weather is rainy here, so outdoor activities may be less fun atm..but you can always grab a ""cykeltaxi"(rickshaw) and cruise around town and seeing the beautiful architechture in CPH. Strøget is the place if u wanna shop..but be sure to check out the backstreets, as most of the good stores are hidden behind Strøget. Theres a Metro(underground train) so gettin around the town is easy. Im sure esbe will help u too, if u guys didnt already arrange something. If u wanna know more about Copenhagen, just pm me;-)

HiGH everyone!
Good to see the thread going so fast like the good old times at OG:yes:
I'm back from a great holiday on a little island in the middle of Mediterranean sea, very nice place... and with a perfect weather to grow cannabis outdoor a couple of times each year eheh:canabis:
Ah Darpan, so you're going to København! I've some very good memories of this city, been there 4 summers ago with some friends, I really loved Christiania, 2002 was the last year of the Free City being really free...then the right-wing government started to give problems...
The quality of hash in the open market of Pusher Street was as good as the Dutch coffeeshops!
Well.. I'm sure it's still a nice place to go for a walk and a smoke nowadays, let us know G.A.
Are you planning a meeting with the Danish Canna Embassy friends?
Have fun!:smoker:
Greetings growers,

Hi guys,

GDK, Maybe we can meet... Looking forward to our visit....
We just look what will come on our path..
We like walking and offcourse a visit to Christianina and maybe Tivoli, but as said, it's a holiday and everything can happen.
I'll bring some seeds to share with some friends.

Yesterday nature (wind) broke one of the branches of the Danish Delight.
I decided also NOT to top the plants anymore.
Outdoors topped plants are more likely to split or break when they grow larger.
Sun is shining today and I putted the Green Ambassador outdoors again.
She is smelling great!!
Take care and stay safe folks, whatever you do and wherever you are...

Greetz, G.A.

Hehe, I've actually decided to do it the other way around. :D

Next year I'll top a couple of plants, the bigger they get the more wind they catch. My biggest lady has had a lot of wind and rain to endure, already broke 2 branches, managed to save one. Just thought somekind of scrog method would ensure less hardship and more stability.

Here's how she looked 2 weeks ago, she's been flowering for over 2 weeks as well, hopefully she'll make it to harvest time in one piece.

some sorts are better to top than others... but the only way to avoid breaking brances are not to top them..

Actually, the only way you can ensure no branches will break is by using a greenhouse or placing your plants inside. Topped or not, in the great outdoors branches will break anyways, as has been evident reading this thread. Granted, if you top your plants you've got more branches which can break, so inevitably you run a higher risk, but I'm sure that a SCROG of sorts would help to keep them in their place pretty well. I'll at least give it a try next year with a couple of plants, I like my plants big though, so I'll also let a couple just do their thing.

Wow.. those buds look really nice GA! Way to go! Any plans to make some nice bubble again this year?

Last year when we were at Xaviera's there was a huge sativa indoor. Whatever happened to that plant?

About branches breaking off: In my experience it happens more with branchy plants from clones than with plants from seeds. Had one broken off, looked terrible, but after I repaired it it grew like nothing had happened. Here's 2 pics of the repair job. From hanging leafs to healthy again in just a few hours, I was really amazed.

This clone had a very low (and very long) branch. It almost completely ripped off, leaving an area of about 10 cm2 of the stem open and exposed. This was the best way to fix that problem. First braced the branch by connecting it to the main stem, then closed the wound with 3 supporting pieces of wood (to prevent the tie raps from cutting into the stem) and tie raps.

(btw hi BM - I see those monsters of you everywhere)

Hello all,

Blowmonkey, that's a nice lady you got there.
He Max , good to see you. Send my love to mrs. Max....
Whazzup, good thinking there.
My branch couldn't be fixed anymore, too little connection to the stem.
I could save two other branches.

Bussy days. Yesterday we had a party, because one of my best friends sold his coffeeshop "Jansen" and gave a big party for all his friends at the beach.
Smoke, drinks, food, a beautifull sunset and happy people....

Peace, G.A.

Today there was a "play day" for the kids in the neighbourhood.
As you can see, all had a great time...
