Talking about medical Cannabis.
My friend Evert of "De Verdamper" (Vaporeizer) will also be present.
MS, guess where he will be that afternoon.... in Groningen!! lol.
He is the is the inventor of the Vaporeizer and founder of "de Verdamper" company...
This Vaporeizer only burns the THC and Cannaboíds, so no tar and nicotine.
I think it's a very nice device for people that use medical Cannabis.
At the party Evert will inform you and you can have a try.
You have to bring your own stash and don't forget in the Netherlands you can "only" carry 5 grams for own use in your pocket and smoking a joint in town on the street can be a fine around 50 Euro if the police see you smoking.

Today started out raining cats and dogs, but in the afternoon the sun came back and it became quite warm, but not over the 30 degrees as "promissed" by the weather forecast.
It's also very humid and warm now, it feels a little bit like my "swamp experience" in Florida..
This night will be 19 degrees and very humid.
The plants like it very much, getting their green color back...

Talking about back crossing MS, the Canna Embassy house strain is the Purple Peace.
Next year will be the "Purple Peace Year".
There are "only" 5 seeds left of the original strain back crossed 6 times....
The original mother was A Viking and the father a 10 times back crossed Himalyan strain (straight from the Himalyan mountains),
They both were green, but the cross came out purple and the "Purple Peace" was born.
Next year in 2008, when the Netherlands isn't under water against that time, it's 25 years of growing, 15 years of crossing the several strains and 15 years Purple Peace.
In 2003 the Canna Embassy was celebrating 10 years of Purple Peace and sended 10 people all over the world 10 seeds to celebrate 10 years of Purple Peace.
A lot of people were reporting on their Purple Peace grow at that time..
That's how at Overgrow this thread and the Canna Embassy has it's roots and still a lot of loyal friends sharing and the Canna Embassy is "still going strong".
I can call all the names, but the ones refering to know who I mean...
In 2010 the Canna Embassy will celebrate it's 10 year aniversary..
Overgrow was the largest information and forum website on Cannabis ever as far as I know.
But as you guys know, Overgrow isn't anymore online, so since that time International Cannagraphic is so kind to have me as a "guest"..

The party is at the 4th of august and starts at 7 pm.
Noorderstrand (northern beach) Scheveningen. Zwarte Pad, last stop tram 9 en 1 coming from the train station(s), or the centre of The Hague.
Follow the road up over the parkinglot. When you see Bike Watch at your left hand site you go down.
Downstairs to the right and after 50 meters you have Club the Karavaan on your right hand site.

A new brew beer. I know the Schneider part, but I don't know the Brooklyn Brew.

Sylvester Schneider

This unique beer is the result of the long friendship of Schneider brewmaster Hans-Peter Drexler and Brooklyn brewmaster Garrett Oliver.

The two brewmasters feel that Schneider-Brooklyner Hopfen-Weisse represents the quality, tradition and terroir of the Bavarian Hallertauer hop region paired with the innovation and creative energy for which Brooklyn is famous. The brewers at The Brooklyn Brewery eagerly await the July visit of Hans-Peter Drexler, when they will create Brooklyner-Schneider Hopfen-Weisse in Brooklyn. This will be a very similar beer, fermented with the Schneider yeast, but it will be dry-hopped with American hops selected by Hans-Peter Drexler.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance:
Hazy deep gold with hints of red. Very thick white foam.

Aroma:
Intense floral and citrus hop character with banana overtones and slight clove.

Flavor:
Focused, snappy bitterness followed by a burst of sweet fruit. Fruit and hop flavors through the center, refreshing wheat acidity, and effusive hop flavors. The finish is semi-dry and clean with hop flavors lingering.

bone bro told me that this plant has some disease in the steem. bone: "its a fungal (mould) disease afecting the stem. its a fungus that is every where in the air pretty much. u can see it has affected your plant from the brown slimy substanse on the inside of the stem. usually it doesnt really kill the plants right away, it slows down growth eventually, and it keeps spreading upwards - and can in flowering cause problems."

He runs a little shop for the homegrower together with his son Johnny Jr.
Little detail: Johnny Jr. doesn't smoke and drink. He loves to eat cherries and plumbs..
Johnny Sr. will take care of some party joints later that night at the party...

I love that bush!

The plants at the terrace are having there party right now!
After a long period of darkness and rain, the plants became very yellow and droopy, because the fertilizer was flushed out of the soil..
I gave the plants the last week every other day Bio Canna Vega and they are all back at the (normal) biological ritme and are nicely green now.
It's sunny and around 22 degrees with a gentle wind blowing.

Nice weather in combination with some Roots Reggae makes my day... www.bigupradio.com
