Right, so I got around to flipping, I did trim one/two branches off the bigger cheese plants, but not too much. Looks like I could have vegged the SLH's a bit more, but hopefully they stretch a bit. With the outside weather still playing a roll on whats happening inside, the room lights on has been 25dC, and lights off 17dC... bit low I know. The RH has been low 70's...
I still need to build and add the bottom light stands[meh], add a power point and get the dehuey is asap... havent foamed the bathroom door yet, coz Iv lost the nozzle for the can[fuckup]... bumped the feeding up to 700ppm and 6.0pH, daily runoff... still no drift from the coco... awesome... elevated hempys with drainage pipes are making life a breeze... :tiphat:

And our first little hick up a few days in... as I know sweet fockall could somebody in the know point out whats happening here...?? Whole plant looks a lighter shade of green than the rest... the runoff ppm is 600ppm... compared to the others which runoff is 900ppm plus... other plants look good, dark green, one two leaf spots, but not many....

26dC inside tonight, but a bit humid... 80% in the room, 84% outside, still haven't got the dehuey setup nicely[defo have it set up by day14]. Been slacking last few days, veg area looked minging, quick clean up there... got a few cuts waiting in water that need cupping... kicking myself that the solstice is just round the corner...

How do guys room proper rooms whilst still having legit day jobs...??

Hey there SF!

If that sick-looking leaf in your last photo is one of the older fan leaves I wouldn't worry too much. Once a leaf has some issue it won't look any better even if you improve the grow environment.

Look to the new leaves/growtips to see how they are looking.
If they're fresh, green and healthy looking then you're on track and your changes are working. If the new growth is still shrivelled-up and doing weird shit then you need to look at modifying things.

Just make sure that if you make any changes that you give your plants a few days of breathing room to show you if your change is helping them or not before you make any other significant changes. If new plant growth is green and happy then you're on the right track.

I started growing in small cabinets too and to be honest, I reckon it is even more work with small cabinets than there is with a bigger space. The type of work is different but bigger spaces are more forgiving than cabinets. Just focus on the basics and get the temps/humidity/airflow right and don't feed nutrients too strong.
Better to underfeed than overfeed.

Your plants are looking really good! You're obviously looking after them as they are very green and healthy. The only thing I would say (that I have learned the hard way) is maybe you have too many plants in there.

I'm guilty of trying to stuff too many plants into a grow myself so I know where you're coming from but fewer plants is going to make your grow easier to manage and can be just as productive with fewer plants.

Good growing to you Smelly!

Fuck a day job!!! Hahahaha

I just finished my last run after separating my shoulder at the end of february right before flip, and somehow it did just fine with almost no trimming. Lost a couple branches to mold but not much at all. I doubt I could have pulled it off in your climate though.

This is coming from the guy that spent every last dime of profit from the last harvest and could barely finance the last 10 weeks of flower so maybe I'm not the best example.

Gotta move some nug quick just so I can pay the electric company. Talk about face palming...

Also, over veg is rarely a problem. Just thin the bitches out as you go and you'll be much happier over vegging rather than under.

Whats this day job thing? Is that like getting up early in the afternoon? Man that would suck to have to get up at the crack of 2 in the afternoon. Just brutal sounding that is.

@Globule... hey bro howzit... the new tips are looking alright, its just normally I find them to fade yellow, not go that rust brown thing... Iv got 6 in there, I actually think its the perfect# for the size room... I get you on the "small room more work" thing, just wiff the bigger rooms its more power and more responsibility... bigger fuckups... shot bro meetup...

@Ichabod... meh pruned on flip, now Im nervous to prune more coz Im gonna basically be throwing away bud...

@Red... Oi, screen on the door, gotta start sticking those laybacks again bro... thanks for the kind words...

@LSWM... lol yeah fuck a day job, but it is what it is... gotta dovetail the shit bro... hope your shoulders cool now..? Last run I was on crutches mid flower... doing yoga laybacks on one pin was really shitty bro... don't even know what I have to show for it... oh yeah a nice dehuey :big grin:

@Ichabod... a job thing..? more like leaving home in the dark and getting home in the dark... or better yet, leaving home when the sun["that bright thing"] is setting and getting home when it's rising... best bit is not getting anything in return, not even a thank you... :huggg:

Week one complete... only had one day[lights off] when RH was mid 70's.... sitting low 60's now... cheese is showing good vigour... but the SLH is doing this weird "droop" on a few fans, funny thing is the seed plant last run from which the cuts were taken did the same thing in her first week of flower... its not too bad, but she's doing it again.... and Im paying proper attention to the pH, with no drift this time and feeding 700ppms... so not sure whats cutting there....

what ec/ppm are you feeding them ?

shes hungry im guessing if your ppm runoff is lower than input especially if your runoff ph is higher than input as well. that or your other girls are drying out too much in between feeds.

I like smaller pots with coco but thats just me !

besides that youve come a long way smelly i see you working hard.

keep it up

17days of flower complete. Kinda going to plan at the mo... had one day of high RH, the bathroom/lungroom was reading 80% lights off... but inside the room it was low 60's... havent set that deheuy up yet, havent seen a need too... thing is the RH in the room has been about 20% lower than that in the bathroom/lungroom...
I havent really pruned any suckers or budsites since flip... but in the last two days Iv taken a bunch of fans off to get light through to where it needs to go... lights on temps been 26dC and high 50's in RH... lights out temps drop to 18-19dC and about 65%RH... got lots of airflow in there, but the last two nights Iv seen a wet spot or two where fans are over lapping, not many, but when I random water droplet lands on me I freak out a bit... still super concerned about any form of botrytis....

yes it looks like that, and we drink lots of coffee.

buy a cheap vacuum oven/vacuum pump. You need to purge all the Butane or solvent used.

If you want ot skip the vacuum, get a hot plate, fill another baking glass dish with water, and place the dish with the extract into the dish with water, as the oil heats up, you will see it bubble and you can pop bigger bubbles once the bubbling stops and theres not much butane left in it.

after that take it off the heat and move it onto parchment paper, nonstick baking paper, its warm so it should be very easy to scrape off onto the paper. Once on paper you can fold the paper and if its large enough, you can use a baking roller and slowly flatten out your patty. Let it air out for a day. Wrap it up with nice folds in the parchment paper and then store it in a cool, preferably dark space.

It might need to air out longer, probably will, you'll notice the oil change over time, if it nucleated on you then you'll notice the difference right away, its like crumble/sugar wax.

Beautiful grow brother! Sat Nam Ji!

cheap hair iron on amazon. Cheap clampe from Homedepot or your local hardware store. parchment paper from the grocery store.

Set clamp on table, line up iron, put material in between parchment paper.

50$ usa setup.

Make hash and press the hash, much higher yields.

Icewax is still high up there, and thats easier, safer and sooo much cheaper than bho.

You can use molasses all grow. Its to feed your microbiology in the soil. The sugars feed the microbes and boost/keep their populations alive. If I were you I would avoid feeding just molasses and instead make an Active Air Compost Tea. Get a simple compost tea bag, 40 gallon or larger aquarium air pump, nice big air stone. You can use the compost you have outside, and or buy a bag (SHIT FREE) only get compost from green waste. and then all you need is EWC earth worm castings.

Compost + EWC in the bag, 1tbsp molasses per gallon. Bubble the air from 24 hours - 48 max. You can add any other spores of microbes you have in other products like Great White.

IF you just want to feed with molasses, only use it, if you have an inoculated medium. Its useless without the microbes to consume it. Folks claim it makes the weed taste sweeter, but thats silly, as the genetics should have all terps covered.

Depending on strain growth times.

8 week strain, id hit em week 3, week 5 and week 6. One feeding those weeks. Don't use boosters too late, you get foxtails and unmatured growth on your top buds. Booster isn't really necceessary if your nutrients, and environment are dialed in. If they are good, the booster will help if they can utilize all the extra, because theres extra, light, yada yada, you follow?

Hope this helps a bit.

Nice wax Ji! Sat Nam!
