The hood on the left is a sunsystem model, and the 2 on the right are PL lights.....all 1kw and then i have a 400 dropped bare bulbed in back of the table........lost half a table due to heat and me falling on it with a 200lb ac but what can ya do.......first run in this room anyway.

The stretchy bitches are Jack H and MK ultra.......i have a pheno going that has barely even showed hair formation and its almost 70days now.........wtf................not gonna be around for much longer though..........haha............looking forward to the next update already bro.........take it easy

b. cool tube everything
c. buying nice hoods if i decide to use em later on down the road or buying econgrow type shit cause i'm not going to be using the hoods anyway.......hmmmm

Spend all that $$ from the cooltubes on some nice big ventalation equipt, intake/exhaust fans and you will get WAY more positive results from a room that refreshes itself ever 3-5 minutes, then by "cooltubing" everything and still having a room with stagnant air that keeps buds "stuffy" and not dense-up, also powdery mildew and budrot will be greatly reduced if theres wind whippin through there. Get some of those cheap wing reflectors with the open ends, that way any hot air dosent get trapped under the hood, making a huge IR heat spot, instead the "hot air rises" will just float/blow out the edges and up into the fan sucked out into oblivion!

How do you like that linear airpump? how loud is that beast?

I'm growin high up so it gets crazy hot up in there.......just cut out a piece of the wall and dropped a 24,000 btu in there, which i then vent out the house and gonna use a 12" outake and 8" intake.....Winters will be breezy to grow in it's just when this fuckin heat hits.....this lost crop really got hit hard due to the heat..........f.

I like the open wing idea too........less stress on your bulbs as well due to the heat passin over the edges...........Only question i have is does the socket detach from the wing or are they one piece.........If they are one piece it won't work for me cause i'm gonna drop em bare bulbed..........Thanks for the help.

Loud they are. Once in a while i can hear a faint rumble above but I put down some sound deadener shit that pretty much does the trick......I also use the diaphram pumps and gotta a couple of these mofo's in the mail.......The linear pumps can really belt out some air though.......I like the O2!

Actually the pl's you can seperate, the socket is not attached even though it kinda looks like it.......popped by my local dro store to see if they carry the wings and the fuckers don't.......gonna see if they'll order em for me but if the prices don't match may pass and pick em up when i head out west.......

think i may visit some friends and fam out on your coast, so i'm thinkin i'll just pick up a bunch of gear then and drive it back.........you guys have all the partyin stores by ya.........

Cause if you go with the big ventillation idea i would find it hard to work with the co2 vs gettin hoods that can be sealed........what's your thoughts on this one hommie...

No CO2 this time..... I think I might have mentioned something about it hookin' it up maby back there somewhere, but alas it didnt happen... I never really got a decent "baseline" in this room, all the previous were with CO2 and I wanted to try something new, bigger fans/more air movement, no co2...

Unless your trying to have an AIR-CONDITIONED ROOM, cool-tubed lights are just postponing the inevitable... I'll [maby tomorrow] show you an example of a completly closed circut room, dual A/C's with DeHum's too, constant gas co2 burner and completly sealed outside-vented hood's... Here, yes, the vented hoods isolate the heat from the closed circut. But with any co2 room that is venting in cycles to shed it's heat [no A/C's] the cool tubes should be scrapped, because it will only temporarily postpone the heat-rise and subsequent need to dump the room....
-You might as well have quicker cycles, with more fresh air more often, instead of a buncha complicated and exxpensive vented hoods! "IMOH" <---lol I've always hated that shit!
