The Beer Cup Challenge(FUN!)

Here are the ones I settled on for the challenge. I took one from the first photo, my P1 Papaya (little over a foot tall) and 1 from the second pic, my P2 Papaya (about 8-9" tall).

They are just starting 12/12 today. I also took 1 of each (p1,p2) and put into bubble buckets today. Here are the roots:



Specs - Papaya clones from 2 diff. moms...p1, p2. Rooted in rapid rooters, then placed in hempy cups with 100% perlite and fed GH flora micro and bloom with modified lucas formula of 6ml/12ml per gal. Vegged under 110 watts PC for 25 days.

That looks great. So im guessing you take pretty large cuts? (Height wise)

No, I cut at about 2-4" depending. I only veg under 110watts pc, so they pack in some nodes. They are under the 600 now and loving life

See how there is a single finger leaf node, then a three finger leaf node....
Pretty much a giveaway that the plant is from seed, as a clone would not have a single finger leaf.

These things are adorable.

The cast has come off, but you can see that she still has a huge crack covering half of her stem at the base.

A mere flesh wound, she will not be kept out of the winner's circle.
