a buddy of mine has #40> 20oz cups filled with perlite/verm and 1 clone each cup> he gets around 5 grams per clone> the tray that all the cups sit in is filled with 1" water/fert etc. he still getting it dialed in but almost like what oldgrayhair n pinball was showing just a bunch more and bigger cups nice thread

i call the tek bottom feeding. the water wicks in the drainholes and absorbs as plants need it,thats a damn good idea, keep the beer cups coming, lol no virgin cups, must chug beer and bite drain holes in cups with yer teeth,lol

My entry - 4 Nirvana Blue Mystic and 2 Purple Bagseeds. 1.6 sq/ft. First in 50/50 coco/FFOF and then put into 75% FFOF. I'm going to take clones as soon as they are healthy and big enough, then put them into flower to sex them, and take girls to harvest. Right now 1 42w 2700k and 2 27w 5500k are lighting them, I havent set up my ventilation so its just a fan blowing with the door open, so temps are high. oops.
When I get it all set up (tomorrow) it will be 2 42w 2700k, 2 27w 5500k OR 30w 3500k, and then 2 23w 2700k.
Ventilation is a 120mm thermaltake Silentcat pulling through the carbon filter(16db, 62 cfm, 2.3 mm-h2o) with a 80mm thermaltake smart case fan with blue LED (the variable one, 17-48db, 21-72.5cfm, 1.5 to 8.5mm-h2o!) pushing air through the filter, set to only turn on when the lights are on. That way it should be quieter since it is inside the cab.
If I wind up with only 2 females I'm gonna put them into bigger containers so I'll be out of this contest. If I have 3 or 4 I'll leave them in the cups and train them to have a big canopy.

i grew some in the same size cups and these, and they grew the same size, maybe a tiny bit bigger bugs on one plant, without the strech under a 150hps,, its the best way to grow sog under 250watt hps or smaller., grew some in 3oz cups, and the buds was bigger than the cups, one smelled exactly like mango, now i love bagseed sogs, just be prepared to kill those hermies

I have now adopted the beer cup as my mid stage holding device. My Rapid Rooter clones went into the cups today. This is of little importance here is the big boast!

A search of my threads will reveal that I am not a big fan of Rock Wool for clones. I find Rapid Rooters much better for starting them off. That being said I am never above being a jackass, so when out of rapid rooters the other day I cloned in rock wool.

My entry for this show was clone in rock wool. She was doing well with roots and I had put her in bigger rock wool. Just for fun or on accident as I carried her from the veg room to the window box, I dropped her straight on her head. She broke at the stem and was hanging by a thread. I grabed the electrical tape. When I saw the Apprentice a few hours later I explained that I was teaching him to grow weeds. So here it is ICmag community I will get 1oz+ from this lady in this cup.
