Like my wonderful hubby said we were busy babbas yesterday! picked a ton of berries and came home and made major amounts of jam 
It was such a strange spring not sure how the berries would turn out this summer but they are pretty good! Boy was I tired, we got done around 7 last night! But we have lots of jam now whooop!!
A few pics of the berries prior to picking....
You see the ones that have no berry attached to the bunch, thats where the deer have eaten them, they are all over these plants eating them up before the cold weather hits! Its hunting season around here , they better watch out!! lol

Mrs. Babba you are obviously an artist with the berries! Have many berries earmarked for pies(my major weakness is warm out of the oven berry pie a la mode)? Lucky Mr. Babba and probably friends. Like the pics of your cat in the garden; my cat Mischief(avatar pic as a juvenile) went missing last week after 10 years, great cat, big guy at about 16lbs., think a coyote got him, helped me keep the rodent population down, liked to hang out in my little late start garden(pics)

calstar, sorry to hear about your kitty!! He looks alot like ours...chicken is the mellowest cat ever, he is sooo cool!
I didnt save any to make a pie, but Ill prob pick some this week to make a pie, they are nice and ripe right now!

High you guys! Thought I'd drop in an say howdy-do. Readin through the thread, I think yall have done more in a week than we have all summer. lol I'm so glad ta see you've been enjoyin yer summer.
My sweetie has some home-made bread/rolls comin outta the oven right now, so I'm gonna end this post here. lol Kinda sucks, cause all -we- have, is plain-ol grape jelly.
