just a little word to the wise. any key lock or deadbolt can be broken into in a matter of seconds. search lock bumping on youtube or google and it will teach you how. i tried it and it is actually very simple to do. it makes you feel like a real houdini when you pop one open. apartment growers i would highly suggest some sort of non key back up lock as a precaution. you can get some decent hidden remote control locks here on the internet if you search around....

Amen brotha. So glad to be getting out of our apartment and into a pad. Seeing every unit in out building being illegally broken into by the landlord and his crony locksmith scared the foq outta me.

True dat! Years ago I was moving into an apartment in the Ghetto at around 1:00 AM, definite gang/police target neighbourhood. Me and buddy were unloading the last of the van and a guy on one of the balconies was like, "What are YOUUU doing?"

The whole alley erupted in laughter and snickers, it was like a fucking stadium, unemployed fuckers just sitting on the balconies getting drunk and to cap it off, one of the audience yelled, "GROW OP!" We just laughed but back inside we were like, "What the fuck?"

The manager sold weed and a couple times there was a big pile of trim stems found in the alley. Police always in the halls,and my next door neighbours were gangbangers and shots were fired! That was a one-cropper that I think survived because I was the squarest looking dude in the whole damn place.

Cheap, though.
