Basically none actually. Laundry is done externally, stove and heat are all gas. Only appliances are my refrigerator and the tv....all lights have been replaced by fluorescents of some kind. I do have an air conditioner but thats part of the grow haha. Sorta of essential in summer when running any kind of HID over plants. I was more worried about overloading circuits. Turns out I have a 15 amp in the bedroom and two 20 amps in the kitchen. This will be ok as long as I have an extension cord of sufficiently wide gauge? 2 1000 watt hps + veg would seriously be balls-to-the-fuckin-wall though.

i was running like 3500 in another 1 bed... same sitch.. power co was a 'every-other-month' type of billing... 1k bills...
never an issue wirth the power, always issues with neighbors,smell, security..
start with 1k... see what happens... you could run the other 1k for a few hours a day to help boost the plants...
I had a friend about 10 years ago run 8 thousand watts with AC and fans in a 3 bedroom apartment. The hydro was all inclusive and the whole apartment was on one meter. There must be 400 apartments in this place. He grew with no problems for two years straight with no smell control. When we would get off the elevator you could smell it. The whole floor stunk to high heaven! I can't believe he didn't get busted. He was the luckiest person I ever met, well, his luck finally ran out as he is dead now. Too much money being made with not enough self control. THe drugs got him in the end. Sad really.

How does one find out what the "acceptable range" is for a certain place? I don't really feel like going to my neighbors, asking for their electric costs, and then making a graph lol. Yeah...H is some bad business right there. Sorry TGT. I figure as long as you are insane with carbon filters on intake AND outtake and you go completely nuts overkill on em you should be fine in the smell department. I have no idea what the acceptable level is as some people hardly have anything that pulls power in their places, and some people have mad shit. How does one figure this out?

Im in an apartment, luckily though our landlord doesnt care about shit but the rent. the handle broke off on our security door and after 3 weeks of askin I finally went and fixed it myself, which is cool cuz now I got an excuse to have a lock they dont have a key for. They dont fix shit. Also the neibors are loud and somewhat dumb, they keep the heat off cuz they open about the illegal shit they do, plus Im legal and within my limit, so if they do anything I tell um fuck off.
