The government is what stands between us and them. We spend the time to complain, but we never fix it.
Yes - 'tis true - we are all so lulled into what often is considered a false sense of security by our easy lives festooned with copious amounts of leisure and entertainment and potentially outrageous wealth - if we are to take billionaires and oligarchs as our role models - and try and follow them up that greasy money pole -
Most of us are peaceful loving people - to the point of wanting and needing that peace - even when they come a-knocking on our doors we go like lambs to the slaughter -

Hempy go to youtube and search for ways to breach Trumps wall. People cut through it like butter. I saw a little girl scale it in seconds. Drones, cameras and sensors are far superior to the stupid wall and more cost effective.

I think we should end the Federal Governments control on states. If one state wants to legalize heroin, great!! I won't raise my kids there and the junkies will flock to that state. 
If Virginia wants to outlaw guns, they can! Just, they will receive no help from the National Guard.
California wants to end free speech give free healthcare and sex changes, sounds good to me, I live in New England.
If Texas wants to build a wall and California does not, sure why not?
Maybe keep the FBI, but they will only be used for interstate drugs, guns and criminals, but fed law is dead, no longer can the DEA arrest you for drugs unless you are caught bringing them to different states.
It would be a great way to keep everyone happy and prevent the left vs right hatred. Really there is a lot of talk about Civil War which will destroy this nation no matter who wins. Millions of people would die, children will get scurvy because some would try to make their enemies starve. The economy would definitely tank and Russia and China would be the new America only much worse. Really Civil War would be about the worst thing for the world, well besides a 3rd World War that would leave billions dead and the environment would be far worse than anything global warming could do.
At one point States rights trumped fed law, of course the first Civil War ended that tyrannically. Sure I'm glad slavery was abolished, but it started over tarrifs not slaves and it gave DC dominant control over states rights. Brought in fake money and all that bullshit. Is what it is, but I think George Washington was the man! We can do pretty good as the Slightly Divided States Of America. Lol, you like warm weather and your liberal California or conservative Florida or Texas. It's a big country, plenty of land, no reason to fight over it, nobody will win.

The whole idea when they wrote the constitution was that it was our guys running the governmental show and 'owners' would be kept in check. As citizens and informed voters, we haven't done our part. Laziness, apathy and catering to stupidity have spoiled what was built. When I was a kid hospitals were built with tax dollars, our education and medical systems were the best in the world, Blue Cross was a coop and foreigners were invited to come and live the dream.
