Addendum/: I wanted to add it would seem that Horowitz was not much help today in the senate for the trumphumpers....Further, the fallacies of the FBI and the FIsa court needs to be overhauled so, I am pissed that so much phuquary that appears to have happened.

Yup that is no help at all. He just admitted that there was malfeasance by the FBI.

I am pretty sure record tampering in a FBI investigation is a crime.

Maybe it has finally sunk in that you can not work with the dems. They say they want to work with the Republicans but that has proven to be a lie.

McConnell is way smarter than Pelosi so not sure what is going to happen. I am not a big fan of him but he seems a little POed about this. So I am going to Costco to get a jumbo box of popcorn because now the fun begins.

According to Alan Dersoweitz obstruction of Congress is an unconstitutional article of impeachment...seperation of power
When the house had a remedy by issuing subpoenas and seeking judicial ruling on them...this was eluded to by prof Jonathan Turley in the judiciary inquiry

Eventually the impeachment will be handed over to the senate where the 'judges' take an oath to be impartial before the process begins. If 'judges' declare trump innocent before hearing evidence from all the witnesses, that's going to be a problem.

the Senate will be the jury, Justice Roberts of the Supreme Court will be the presiding judge. Roberts has quite an independent streak, as do most appointed for life judges. "don't like my decisions? I don't care. fuck off & die..." :biggrin: he will bend over backwards to avoid appearing partial to either side.

That was meant figuratively on the process, but the intention was to look at senators who have gone on the record proclaiming trump's innocence before the evidence is presented.

So when 95 dem house reps called for impeachment before the kangaroo court began that is OK but after the house was done and all their evidence or lack of was heard by the senators that is different. I would say yes because at least the senators heard what the house had before they started.

It was congresscritter TLaib who said right after she was elected "We are going to impeach that mother fucker".

I like how you just ignore what your favorite party does and manipulate what the Republicans say.
