i got caught cause the growshop i bought from (hg-hydroponics) told the cops what i bought ..... if ur not a legal grower dont buy from them...

im from germany so growing is illegal and i can get up to 5years i think

i also cant check the forums 24/7 cuz they also took my pc(what will get me some more time in jail lol)

but hey as long as im outta jail im smoking smoking weed and have fun with ma lady

i would try and let as many people as possible not to use that store. you should go to the german section and let them all know, and tell them to spread the word. shops like that need to be dealt with

This guy is from the UK not the states. You should hopefully get off on personal use with 5 plants. It makes me wonder if people even read the posts anymore. Who from the USA says "holiday" when someone is on vacation. I guess maybe i just use my brain in extraordinary ways.

I have no experience of this internet vendor. When I did a search, I found some scam warnings:

My point here is that growshops ratting on their clients won't stay in business for very long,

Cops on the other hand wouldn't give you the source of their informants, unless there was an ulterior motive behind.

So personally, I would do some further checking and put less trust in what LEO says, but that's just me...

I had a collection of silver,gold and diamonds that I slowly liquidated through a coin shop. On my last visit there , I made the mistake of telling the owner that it was the last of it."My safe deposit boxes are empty"
He asked me for my I.D.which I didn't have on me. He said he couldn't buy anything from me without an I.D. even though he had bought several times in the last several months without one.

I went home and got the I.D. and when I returned there was a police car in the store parking lot. I walked in and the cops start treating me like a criminal. I am answering their questions when in walks a fatguy wearing candycane striped suspenders carrying a medium sized suitcase. The fatguy stops in his tracks when he sees the cops.

Well,being that I am doing nothing wrong, and I have a propensity to fuck with cops small minds, I tell the fatguy with the suitcase " We understand you have been selling stolen property" Fat dude with the suitcase is obviously freaked out and doesn't know what to do. He must be thinking I am a plainclothes cop running the investigation. The owner of the shop comes to his rescue and says "don't listen to him, they are here for him",pointing to me. Then the fatguy asks to use a phone, and the owner allows him into a back area of the shop.
Fatdude then fakes like he is conducting business,loudly talking as if he is selling an ounce of gold to a customer on the phone.

Right then some mexican dude comes in and he is obviously more than a little put off by the police presence. He obviously has something stuffed in his pocket. After making eye contact with the owner, he quickly gathers his wits and buys a one ounce silver round for $14 and quickly leaves.

By now the cops have called my bank and found out that I do have two safe deposit boxes for over 7 years and that I recently closed them. At this point they say go ahead and complete your transaction and hand me what amounts to $30 in silver. I ask them "this is what he says I was selling?" And they tell me yes,that is it. I say oh no there is a lot more and the owners face turns red and he produces over $800 worth of slver and cuts me a check. The store owner obviously thought that I wouldn't come back in with the cops there and he was going to make an easy $800 by giving them a couple small pieces of silver,and filing a police report.

It takes a while, but the cops are starting to figure things out. The fatguy with the suspenders is standing there quite nervous and the cop asks the owner "Do you have a lot of people come in and make small purchases like that?" refering to the mexican who has already left. I grab my check and walk out the door laughing.

MORAL OF THE STORY....companies that are doing business that can be considered illegal or companies that are dirty will give up customers here and there so they can:

#1 Make themselves look like the good guys to law enforcement

#2 Cover their ass in case they get busted, by having examples of cooperating with police

Many Grow shop owners do not want to have their companies seized or harrassed and they will do what it takes to survive

I didn't say that they didn't. As cannabis59 pointed out, growshops are generally harassed by LEO, so it could be that they tried to square things out with the law by playing along.

What I'm saying is, don't trust blindly what the cops say. They have an agenda, and it's not necessarily telling the truth. They would gladly see everyone in the cannabiz turn on each other, by telling people that this and that one ratted on you.
On the other hand, the true informants, those that are useful to them, they would never give them up.

So perhaps the truth is a bit more complicated, or perhaps not.
