There arent many states I can think of where 5 p[lants will get you jail time unless you're a repeat offender.Let us know how it happened.These type threads are for information as well as moral support.I'll take a wild guess that a female or domestic issue was somehow involved.

PA has minimum mandatory sentencing for even one plant, supposedly. minimum of 1 year for 1-99 plants, minimum of 2 years for anything over

Many states have minimums but that doesnt mean you will serve a day in jail.The judge can sentence you to the minimum then suspend part or all of the sentence.

ok also my "guy" got caught for cultivating back in the early 2000's... I suppose he had 4 plants & they were going to give him a year per plant.. well they sent him to these pc1000 classes which are drug & alcohol classes, once you do that you will probably not see the inside of a cell..
