From THSeeds description, a well balanced Haze crossed with a robust Indica that produces a power packed plant with over 20% THC.
  • Genetics: Big Sur Holy x Afghani
Let's give it a run!

Here they are as seedlings at the beginning of February, getting quite cold at night brrrrrr🥶

After some old duvets were tied round the tent, the lights and schedule changed, two weeks later we have some decent growth! You can see the 5 sage plants in the middle of the pic, flanked by two rather large Sativas which turned out male.

Add in another light and we have them at 6 days flowering below with a veg time of about 5 weeks.

Lighting is 565Watts. 250W HPS with a 315W CMH. Nice n toasty 😎

The tent reminds me of Star Wars.
Shiiiit, the geezer even looks like me

Stem rubs are mangoey, with citrus touches and earthiness.

Wow you have a good start with this one

Welcome Creeperpark. Nice to have you along for the ride.

Yes, they've surprised me with their vigour.

I'm not sure whether to pot them up at this point or if it's too late now i'm 6 days into flowering.

They're supposed to flower 10 to 11 weeks

Whatdya reckon?

Pistils just starting to appear.

Plants were getting thirsty every couple of days so they got potted up to 11 litres and i decided to try out a 12.5 litre airpot too. :woohoo:

I want the pots to hold enough water for the plants for 3 or 4 days. I can then water them twice a week, alternating feed with plain water, till they start getting hungrier.

Plants are starting to fill out. They love the extra root space.

When they stop stretching i'll be tying the big ladies down to expose more bud sites.

:whip:

Stem rubs are unripe mangos, some minor notes of parsnip. Citrusy.

The smallest of the five, middle back in the tent, has a sticky stem.

The smell on that one already brings a smile to my face and a slow breathe in breathe out yummmmmmm

Stopky jsou nezralé mango, některé drobné tóny pastináku. Citrusy.

Nejmenší z pěti, střední zadní část stanu, má lepkavou stopku.

Vůně na té už mi úsměv na tváři a pomalý nádech a výdech mňammmmmm:milovat:
Ságe tady byla druhé roky. Skvělá genetika nízká indika to konkrétní pheno. Tu původní už asi nikdo nemá. Jsem zvědavý jak to bude vypadat.

They are looking quite indica at the moment apart from the new leaves that have a more sativa look to them.

Maybe not the original BSHW genetics from when TH Seeds first released the line but i'm hoping something good will come out of them.

They are female seeds so i'm hoping, if not original genetics, then a good female was used with reversed female pollen from another good plant :)

We shall see.

YES Up-pot them using the same soil and you will be super glad you did. Don't plant them too deep in the larger flowering container. The bigger the container the more the weed. Nows is the best time for it too.

You can germanate seeds in dixie cups and then up-pot to one-gallon pots until the plants show their sex, then up-pot and finish in 3 to 5-gallon flowering pots within 4 months. The plants above are around 100 days total from sprout.

It's not the strain friend, its the "sequential up-potting". It happens with every strain using this method. If you add lighting watts with the "up-potting sequence" the plants grow like crazy. I start with 100 watts and keep adding until I end with 600 watts in sequence with up potting.

The plants above are in a soil-less mix, using less than 1/2 of the manufacturer's recommendations for fertilizer. No cal mag. only micro and bloom. 300 ppm max.

"sequential up-potting".
Will be taking place for the other 4 tomorrow morning :D

To 12.5L airpots.

I'm impressed with the airpots. They are a bit expensive but the plant i planted up yesterday showed me growth like i used to get with hydro.

It also makes tying the branches down easier as there are literally holes everywhere

Do you water half strength continously or alternate it with plain water?

They are hand watered yes?

Yes, I feed with every watering by hand. Only 300 ppm total every watering counting everything. From day one of me giving fertilizer to my plants they get fed with every watering.

I switched from giving 2 1/2 liters every other day to 1 liter every day.
