ok, so what you are talking about is known is "making caramellos" and is the standard way of smuggling amounts up to about 300g. been there, done that, here's the lowdown...

the idea is to make egg shaped nuggets of hash weighing up to about 3g. Pressed HARD. You should wrap them in separate layers of cling film that are tightly wrapped around the egg, alternately lengthways and horizontally. You know when it is tightly enough wrapped when it is 100% transparent and, apart from the shine, hard to tell that there is any film around the egg.

the film is sealed, layer by layer, with gentle application of heat. You will need about 5 layers. It takes while to do well, but is an ideal activity for sitting around and smoking - something to do anyway. Dont swallow unless you are confident that the eggs are well sealed and that the cling film will not come off - you don't want bits of cling film washing around in your intestines.

as Bered says, the best shape is an egg shape as it's easier to swallow. Personally I recommend buying a load of yoghurt to held the swallowing as necking 100 eggs without some kind of lubrication is very uncomfortable.

Do not use condoms. They are not impervious to your digestion and the hash will come out tasting of poo. You can use a condom + cling film if/when pushing it up your backside (see 'stuffing' below) as the lube on the condom will make it easier to insert and the 'tail' the open end that is left hanging once you have tied off the egg inside the teat will make it easier to ease the egg out again when you are home (lol! - you did ask!)

Caramellos (Eggs) willl likely take 20 hours to pass through your system and it will give you indigestion! You crap it all out into a colander, rinse, wash, rinse, slowly unwrapping the eggs one layer at a time and washing before unwrapping the next layer.

Stuffing - You can "use the other hole" and stuff between about 7g and 10g but more than that and you will walk like you have just taken one for the team (which customs guys know how to spot!) so stuffing is fine but only for small amounts.

If you are thinking "man that's gross - I would never smoke hash that's been up some one's shitter!" then I am sorry to disappoint you but if you have smoked any really high quality gear brought over personally by someone from india, morocco, etc then chances are it was swallowed or stuffed. If you have ever smoked hash that came from an egg shaped piece - you know it - also from some brave soul's arsehole.

How about a lot safer? This isn't a technique for smuggling but might give you a new perspective.

Take a small popcorn nug and put it in your coffee tomorrow. Should last about 3-4 hours.
