First of all Merry Christmas everyone!
So i have chopped the plant down on day 225 of its life. It could have gone longer as i saw some signs of reflowering but i dont have more time for her.
Lots and lots of small buds that are hard to trim so as of now only a little part of it has ben manicured. The dried bud have nice silverish appearance. Cant say anything about the effects and taste as i havent smoked her yet.

The cob after "sweating". It smells like some oriental spices, the smell reminds me of cinnamon and ginger.

ginger has humulene which smells like caryophyllene which i've seen in high amounts in both super silver haze and especially chem/ diesel/ sour family...
and cinnamon has caryophyllene, but there's a lot going on in cinnamon... is it the woody, herbal side of cinnamon? do you detect the light, herbal, woody, sensual side of black pepper/ grains of paradise in there (not the spicy aka pungent side of pepper, which is not the caryophyllene)... or maybe notes that remind of cedar?
if so, i think you're in sesquiterp heaven rn...

Sounds great from smell description, and with a cure will smell 10x better, very exotic.
And wow cool on the cob , I've never done 1 myself but read great results when cured well.
Definitely come back down the line after cure with a few notes on taste/High if you can.
And also if possible pm a mod and ask them to move this thread to the grow diary section as this Connoisseur genetics page will be gone from main page in January , and it's a great journal for people to see the Pearl pheno of Super Silver Sour Thai Nevil

Im not the best in the olfactory department but i wouldn't call the smell pungent. Definitely interesting though. We'll see how it develops during the cure.

Great grow, keeping her happy, and thriving that long. I got 2 ssstn at 36 day 18/6... and x10 Thai Frainkie. (SSSTN x Dankincense) Dankincense is Nevil Haze 23 x Kariba x Orig Diesel... bout to take cuts, top, and flip to 11/13.

If you had to do it again how would you do it now that you have gained this micro experience?
If I remember correctly lights were 50-60w? Have you experienced with CFLs as well?
After curing, did you have any Eucalyptus and incense notes as well? High was clear, euphoric, energizing?

homeade soil mix. beautiful plants in my opinion. they have been very forgiving to me.

Very nice SSSTN!! Great dark green colors! They look super healthy! They will be monsters! Your soil looks great. How do you make it if you are ok to share. I make my own soil as well
